Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office management. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in project management and office coordination.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Conduct research and compile information for reports.
- Support various departments as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
