The house is a 4 storey building with 8 air-conditioned bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, the suite on the top floor has a panoramic view of the beach and has its own living room, massage chair and veranda. There is a spacious air-conditioned dining area on the first floor, dirty kitchen, one adult pool and one kiddie pool, and a bahay kubo beside the pool with videoke for entertainment. The house is gated with spacious parking inside for your private vehicles.
The area is perfect for private parties and family bonding. Grill for barbecue is available. For your comfort, canopy can be set up over the pool for day swimming and The pool is well-lit at night, perfect for night swimming.
The house is in a private farm with fruit bearing trees, depending on the season and availability of fruits, fruit picking is allowed.
The house is facing the beach for picture perfect sunsets, it’s also a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The house is also located 5 minute drive to Sto tomas public market (Damortis), where a lot of fresh seafood is being sold. 15-20 minute drive to Agoo town proper.
A caretaker will be present to assist you and to make sure your stay comfortable and to address any concerns.

No smoking indoors
