We are now accepting orders for VALENTINE’S Day.

Why book early???
Valentine’s day is the peak season for flower shops, which means we always experience high volume of orders, inquiries and calls.

We only cater advance booking for efficient delivery service and avoid crowd inside the shop for walk-in Customers.

We may no longer entertain calls and chat messages due to surging demand in order to avoid mistakes with our bookings and we may be able to focus with what tasks we need to finish.

Will only allocate flowers for those who booked in advance to avoid shortages or over stocking of flowers. Prices are really high at this season, so expect 200% to 250% increase in prices compared to ordinary days.

E. Wait for the confirmation of delivered items however, there might be some delays, especially during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special occasions due to many deliveries. Please be patient and minimize follow-ups to give a chance for new inquiries.

2. DISCLAIMER

A. We have the right not to deliver the items due to the following:
BAD WEATHER CONDITION
INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT
MISSING CONTACT NUMBER OF THE RECEIVER
INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
UNAVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS
UNAVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

B. The florist has the right to revise the design and change fillers of arrangement due to its unavailability.

C. Payment is forfeited whenever FAILURE DELIVERY (see section 10 for definition) arises therein.

3. SHOP LOCATION and SHOP HOURS

(Shop location will be posted soon.)

Sunday - by appointment

4. DELIVERY HOURS

A. ORDINARY DAYS (Monday to Sunday)- 9AM to 7PM

B. SPECIAL OCCASIONS (Valentines Day, Mother's Day) - 8AM to 11PM.

C. Please understand that our delivery is ANYTIME between those time indicated depending on the route of the driver.

D. REQUESTED TIME for DELIVERY is applicable only for three (3)
days advance booking and has corresponding charges depending on time and location however, the arrival time may not be exact due to uncontrolled circumstances that may cause delays for delivery vehicle to reach the location of the recipient
8AM to 5PM - 200Php
6PM to 7PM - 300Php

E. REQUESTED TIME delivery is NOT APPLICABLE on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

5. SAME DAY DELIVERY

A. Cut off time for payment is 3PM, Philippine time.

B. Locations available for SAME DAY DELIVERY:
Iloilo City
Iloilo Province
Bacolod City
Negros Occidental Province
Roxas City
Capiz Province
Cebu City
Tacloban City
Metro Manila

C. REQUESTED TIME for delivery is not applicable for SAME DAY DELIVERY.

D. Preparation time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 2 to 3 hours, depending on the location of your delivery.

E. SYMPATHY FLOWERS does not apply to this rule except for Iloilo City and Bacolod City deliveries.

6. NEXT DAY delivery to other areas in Philippines.

7. PICTURES / DOCUMENTATIONS / PROOF OF DELIVERIES

A. We can take the pictures of the items but we may not send them to you prior to delivery for the following reasons:
UNSAVED PICTURES
POOR INTERNET CONNECTION
CORRUPTED FILES
BUSY OCCASIONS like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day

B. We may take picture or pictures of receiver/s and shall be posted for DOCUMENTARY PURPOSES however, you can tell us POLITELY to remove them if YOU DO NOT LIKE.

C. We are not obliged to take pictures at EVERY TIME.

D. The receiver will sign a DELIVERY RECEIPT upon receiving the items and we may require a proper IDENTIFICATION CARD to verify valid details or take picture / pictures for identification and documentation purposes.

8. CANCELLATION

A. NO CANCELLATION or CHANGE OF MIND.

B. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE but it can be used for future transactions.

C. CANCELLED ORDERS or CHANGE OF MIND, will forfeit the payments.

9. DETAILS OF DELIVERY

A. DELIVERY DATE is final once booked. We do not allow changing of dates as it may affect our delivery schedules.

B. RECEIVER'S NAME must match the valid IDENTIFICATION cards or documents of the recipient. Aliases, screen name, endearment are unacceptable as it may lead to failure identification of the receiver and we are not liable for such mistakes.

C. COMPLETE ADDRESS means there's a block number, lot number or house number, street name, town, city, and province IF APPLICABLE to ensure EXACT LOCATION.

D. LOCATION of delivery is final. Changing of locations are not allowed. Any FAILURE DELIVERY (see section 10 for the definition) which may arise on this event, payments are forfeited.

E. MOBILE NUMBER of the RECEIVER is needed for delivery purposes like asking for directions towards the location or any advises regarding the delivery procedure. Make sure that the number belongs to the recipient and it is active to avoid delays and hassle to other ongoing deliveries.

F. MESSAGES for flower card is limited from 10-15 words for free. Exceeding words have additional charges. Changing of messages are not allowed once you have confirmed you booking.

10. FAILURE DELIVERY

A. When the recipient failed to present herself as the valid receiver or authorized person to receive the items.

B. When the recipient was UNKNOWN or UNIDENTIFIED by the residents, Barangay Officials or Co-workers.

C. When the recipient refuses to accept the delivered items.

D. When the recipient was not present at the location of delivery and nobody is authorized to receive the items in his/her behalf.

11. INTOLERABLE BEHAVIOUR

A. Profanity is not acceptable during conversations, comments, and calls. We will block your account or number.

B. All of our ADMINS are well trained professionals. We are doing our best to answer your questions according to what is right and just.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

A. The booking agreement is made between Flower Express Iloilo and the person who placed the order. We do not entertain third party inquiries or transactions.

B. We protect the data privacy of our Customers.
