Even if we’ve barely unpacked.. thank God we have orders already coming and so much opportunities being given to cater for birthdays and gatherings as well as packed lunches.

As we’ve been forced to close down in Sagay City ... we have decided to leave and start anew. We, as a small business, suffered tremendously due to the pandemic as well as defamation, acts of crab mentality and ill will of some of your residents there. As we come out of the Storm STRONG and RESILIENT.. we promise our clients the BEST of our service and the SUPERIOR taste and flavourings that would win great approval from your friends and families especially during special gatherings.

We also hope to contribute to the community as we progress as a business sharing blessings to those who need them as we have been doing in the City of Sagay for so many years now especially during these times of pandemic and natural disasters like the recent storm Odette.

Thank you so much Meg Sanz Gulmatico, Nay Consolita Gulmatico, Mama Jean Occeña Diomon, Sean Diomon kag Ate Marjorie. Thank you also to Pamela Line and family kay guinbuligan mo kami on our last attempt to stay open kag wala guinloko like what so many people did to us there.

Sagay City for me, as one of the owner, is a place of so much horrible experiences which I’d rather erase from memories. Wounds heal and these experiences, though heartbreaking,
makes us even stronger! There will always be a light at the end of the tunnel and I can truly say that I’m much happier now😊

So to everyone… AJA AJA FIGHTING!!!

Moving to a Greener Pasture😊😊😊 Thank you Sagaynons for the Experience… teaching us to be more mature and to rely more on ourselves to progress as a business. We’ve surely learnt a lot from our stay there. We’ve managed to hone our cooking prowess and through your palates’ desire…we’ve managed to changed the quirks of our cooking to suit your tastes. Indeed, most of you were satisfied with the menu we’ve managed to come up by using natural ingredients to upgrade the tastes instead of using ingredients such as Magic Sarap that could harm your physical health in the long run. We’ll leave these words for all of us 👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳 AJA AJA FIGHTING!!!

Proud to say that our own chef Meg Sanz Gulmatico have been in a Culinary Arts Baking course which includes Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Barista, Bartender, and Food and Beverage services.

He’s an excellent cook according to our regular costumers mainly from Sagay National High School. His foods are full of twists from a normal recipe that’s far from ordinary. His cooking knowledge and expertise comes from being employed abroad for so many years and also working in Negros doing restaurant and catering business.

Aside from his cooking skills, Meg ‘s also a very talented flower arranger with some of the photos shown below for your reference. Also be fascinated by an artistic chocolate arrangement of a lady - just scroll down to see the pictures😉 made by him whilst working in the Middle East.
