For my future birthday parties and weddings na ihohost,
Please invest for the best sound system as well.
Based on my observation as a guest, we(they) stay at the wedding reception not because of your lavish events design and beautiful SDE Videos, we stay because (one) we are grateful to be invited on your event, and (second) because of an entertaining program initiated by the host and through the help of a good quality sounds system (Tandem kasi yan bes!)
I know for sure someday I'll walk down the aisle and for me, these are the things I would highly prioritize. I hope you do too =)

Kahapon nag meeting ako. Kasama sa chineck ko ang sound system inclusions ng couple. Sabi nila hindi nila naisip yung ganitong concerns. Tama ... kasi first time nilang ikakasal. It's up to us, suppliers, to let them know what's needed.

Ano ang nasa photo?

Isang "maliit na box" na talaga namang malaki ang naitutulong sa program. Una, dahil dito naririnig ng emcee ang sarili niya. Dito nalalaman ng emcee kung masyadong mahina o masyadong malakas na ang boses niya. Same goes for musicians. Pangalawa, pag may speech ang couple or may speeches ang friends o family members, dito rin nila nadidinig yun.

So para sa mga venues na malapad o para sa mga 100 or more na tao, wag tayong mag settle na 2 speakers lang ang meron. Hindi rin madidinig ang program contents ng maayos o worse maiinis ang audience kasi basag/masakit sa tenga ang tunog dahil nilalakasan sa harap para sana umabot sa likod ang tunog.

Sana 4 speakers man lang, plus monitor speakers (2 for the musicians and 1 for the center area where the emcee and couple are situated). This is even more important sa mga dome type venues na ma-echo. Sumisigaw na pala ang emcee sa kaka compensate hindi pa niya alam. Eh let's face it maraming venue na maganda, high ceiling/dome ceiling... eh ito ang pinaka mahirap sa program. So dapat may monitor speakers aside from several regular speakers.

Emcee po ako. Alam ko ang difference sa akin at sa audience ng may monitor speaker at wala. Alam ko ang difference ng 2 speakers lang for the audience versus at least 4 -- yung nasa likod dapat madinig din nila ang nangyayari di ba?
