Twenty years in the making, My Vegetarian Cuisine started with a mother who wanted her children to enjoy a fine vegetarian meal set among a majority of meat lovers, at a time when health conscious diet regimen was, for the most part, frowned upon. What started out as a trial project is now embracing its growing online presence in Facebook and offering a gamut of vegetarian dishes. My Vegetarian Cuisine advocates a healthy, vegetarian repertoire as substitute for meat at an affordable price, in the hope of inviting even non-vegetarians and breaking misconceptions about it being boxed.
