This event was entrusted to us by Mam Rachel of RNR Catering and events, 2 weeks before the event. I’ve met Mam Chezka and Sir Dave once, when we had our first meeting. The rest was coordinated and discussed through messenger.

I am so grateful for the trust I’m getting from all the clients and co-suppliers we’re meeting in this industry, we’re learning so much! ♥️

We received this feedback two days after the event last Saturday! 🥹

Naalala ko ‘nung time na nag-inquire si Mam Micha sa’min, she honestly shared with me that she was speaking with another coordinator as well, waaaaay more experienced compared to me and my team. I simply told her what I always tell the clients na nagi-inquire sa’min, “Kahit hindi po kayo sa’min magbook ay okay lang po. Ang importante po ay maging comfortable po kayo at panatag kayo sa mapipili niyo. ♥️”

By His grace, I’ve been getting this comment even before ganap happened, and surprisingly up until now, this is the usual comment I receive whenever nami-meet ako ng mga co-suppliers and clients, that’s why I’m deeply grateful po sa trust na nare-receive namin.

I remember all through out the planning up until the wedding day, Ms. Emmy was one of the most relaxed brides we’ve handled, as per her, it’s because of the amount of trust she have for all of her suppliers.

“Wala akong ibang narinig na comments kundi ang galing mag-handle ng coordinators namin.”

A bit of a background why this event was extra challenging from the coordination side, our ganap bride, Ms. Pau has specific instructions on their wedding day:

- No first look (Both of our bride and groom wanted to see each other at the altar, with that being said, they should also not see each other during preparation time. Additional challenge to that, they have connecting room during prep, so the coordinators that were assigned on each area should make sure that there’ll be no accidents or even a glimpse in the eye)

- Photoshoots for Team Bride and Team Groom were done at the same time, our Photo and Video team have separates team for each. As the area for prep shoot was limited, we have to make sure that we are well-communicated about what’s happening, to ensure na hindi sila magkikita.

- Empty Ball will be done after the ceremony, so we have to make sure that all of the guests will proceed to the grazing area as the reception hall will be opened after the Empty Ball - which was around an hour including the post nup shots at the church. I stationed each coordinators for registration table, so that the guests will know their table number before going to the grazing table, and once everything is okay, they can freely enter the reception hall knowing their table numbers already, and yes, seating arrangement were provided by the clients too! ♥️

These were some of the important notes given by the client, and yes, it all happened successfully.. also because all of the guests, principal sponsors, suppliers were very understanding and made sure they’ll comply with the couple’s requests! 🎉
