On June 9th, 2024, the Mall Atrium of SM Center Pulilan buzzed with excitement as Aldersgate Phils. A Formative School for Children, Inc. hosted its 28th Moving Up Ceremony & Recognition Day, emceed by Ernest Alday, The Passionate Host. He expertly guided the program, starting with a heartfelt opening address that acknowledged the challenges and triumphs of the year. He commended both students and educators for their resilience and dedication, particularly in the face of the recent heatwave.
The ceremony unfolded beautifully, starting with a processional of guests, school administration, teachers, staff, and the radiant young learners – all eager to celebrate the year's accomplishments.
Young Kindergarten learners offered floral tributes, setting a heartwarming tone for the day. Following an inspirational prayer led by Rev. Sonny P. Tomacruz, the Kinder 1 and 2 learners proudly marched in their white and blue togas, signifying their academic journey.
Kaiden Gian D. Marcos, a Kinder 2 learner, led the singing of the National Anthem, while a prayer song with interpretative dance by Charlotte R. Abad added a touch of grace. The joyful spirit continued with a celebration song, "Beautiful Day," sung by all.
Welcoming remarks by Jefferson Mitchell D. Rosales, a Kinder 2 learner, were followed by a heartwarming performance of "Jesus Makes Beautiful" by the Young Kindergarten Learners. Rev. Sonny P. Tomacruz, a teacher by profession and a church minister by passion, delivered an inspirational message, inspiring the young minds to reach for their dreams.
Part two of the ceremony saw the presentation of learners by Pepsicat V. Bautista, the Head Teacher, followed by a special song, "Take All Of Me," by the Kinder 1 Learners. The confirmation and consecration of the completers were led by Emmanuel M. Bautista, School Director.
Malik McKenzie P. Espiridion, a Kinder 2 learner, delivered a heartfelt Pledge of Loyalty, followed by a performance of "I Have A Dream" by the Kinder Learners. The ceremony culminated with a final speech by Nicoleen Aldea B. Bautista, a Kinder 2 completer, and a closing song, "Yesterday's Dream," performed by all the Aldersgate Phils. learners.
After a brief break, the afternoon unfolded with a delightful ballet recital showcasing the grace and talent of Ma. Tanya Serene Antonio, Kaylie Lovelle Marcos, Janella Marielle Rosales, Niana Grae Garcia, Dianne Kelsey Intia, Kylie Isabella Garcia, Nicoleen Aldea Bautista, and Riley Olivia Garcia. Their coach, Mickey Lazarte, and supervisor, Pepsicat V. Bautista, deserve recognition for nurturing these young dancers' talent.
The celebration continued with an awards ceremony, honoring the academic excellence and special talents of the learners. A fitting benediction concluded the formal program.
