They say mistakes are inevitable, but we can choose to be polite and well-mannered to build a harmonious working environment for everyone.
Here are some tips on how to avoid the avoidable mistakes when dealing with a client and suppliers.
✅We can choose to speak in an appropriate manner and tone.
✅We look at and treat we work with as allies and not competitors or someone who wants to take advantage of you.
✅Try to adapt with the communication style of the person you are dealing with, also with the situation.
✅Give your 101% attention to the person you are speaking with. This shows the highest respect you can give to them.
✅Set boundaries and respect it as well. When office hours are done and or you know that it is already late in the evening or too early to give someone a call, give and respect their personal spaces as they respect yours too.
✅And lastly, try to listen and hear what the other person is trying to say or explain. So that you'll understand each other and can eventually meet half-way and agree on matters that needs to be settled.

Building rapport and relationship in a working environment is still as important in building and maintaining relationship with your loved ones. This will make our lives happier, lighter, and brighter. And always remember that this will give everyone a lasting impression of you as a person and not as someone representing your organization or a company.
