McDonalds Family, we couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity and privilege to adjudicate during your Drum & Lyre competition. It was such an honor for the One80 Music Center's instructor to be a part of it.

There are three principles (3 C's) in music that i live by:

1. Consistency (Rhythm) - Rhythm gives motion. I have heard many musicians who are good at producing sound but sucks at keeping time. Keep in mind that rhythm is the manifestation of time. Be consistent.

2. Clarity (Melody) - In general, clarity is important. Without clarity, the rhythms we produce can be muddy and indiscriminate. a lack of clarity in music is dangerous. Be clear.

3. Creativity (Harmony) - When two or more notes sound together it is called harmony. A music composed of only melody is dull and boring. Adding harmony will make the difference. Be creative.

Remember that these three keys are essential in developing the inner musician in you. It is noteworthy that these three are equally important.

Tips on how to develop your sense of rhythm:

- Always use metronome
- Always count with subdivision
- Follow the song's orginal tempo

Rhythm is a frequently-overlooked part of a musician's training. You can do better.

A 10-minute-a-day practice can make the difference instead of no practice at all.

Practice tips for musicians of all level:

1. Practice slow. You'll find more detail and clarity in your music
2. Play the correct rhythm right away. Consistency is key.
3. Do not just play through the piece. Find the most difficult measures and invest most of your time on those.

To our clients, students, family, relatives & friends, i hope this note finds you well. We couldn't be more grateful to you for coming to our 1st Season of Music Recital. We are overjoyed that you took part in our event yesterday despite the gloomy weather and busy schedule. We will forever be grateful and indebted for your unending support and the sense of appreciation you have toward us.

Seeing the smile on your children's faces and their excitement to perform brought us gladness and we hope it was the same with you. We are still far from achieving our goal in becoming the best Music Center in Santiago City but slowly, steadily and surely we will get there.
