No Show - Ticket is forfeited or considered flown.
Cancellation -Not allowed
Name Change - Not allowed.
Hand carry- 7kilos
Baggage Allowance - Not included. You may add 6 hours prior flight departure.
Maximum baggage allowance per passenger up to 40kilos.
Travel Fund
Only Regular fare can be used for Travel Fund which must be used within 90 days after the cancellation.
Meals - Not included. You may add 6 hours prior flight departure.
Note-
Any changes must be done 6 hours prior the flight schedule.
Ancillary add-ons must be done 6 hours prior the flight schedule.
Prepaid Baggage Allowance is non-rebookable and non-refundable and nontransferable .
Boarding gate closes at 20 minutes before departure.
Please have your valid travel document and boarding pass ready at the boarding gate.
