(1) Function Hall and garden rental - P6,500
* 12-hour rental
* Check-in: 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN
* 12-hour rental shall be counted based on client’s actual check-in time
* P500/hour extension fee (subject to availability)
* Buffet Table (2 x 120cm table)
* 3 Long Tables & Chairs (max of 30 pax)
* Use of toilet with bidet and sink
* Use of kitchen with sink, basic cookware, kitchenware, and stove

(2) Videoke - P650 (Add-on to function hall rental)
* 32” tv with 2 external speakers
* Videoke with remote
* 2 microphones
* This can also be used as audio & visual for event.

Others:
* Free parking and venue can accommodate 10-12 vehicles.
* P2,000 safety deposit required. This will be returned in full provided there are no missing items and/or damages on the venue and its facilities.
* Function hall rental excludes venue styling.
* Customer may bring their own venue stylist and caterer.
* Use of videoke will only be up to 10 PM in accordance with local ordinance.
* We may offer glamping tent package if accommodation is needed. This will be charged separately. Kindly inquire for more details.
