Morning Session | HIRAYA PH TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY 2022
⭕️Camp Goducate, San Miguel, Iloilo Philippines

The 2022 HIRAYA PH: TEAM BUILDING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY is an initiative organized by the HMPE 4112 (Leisure and Recreation Management) Stub Code 1258 from Central Philippine Univerisity. As part of the subject requirement, the group had its HIRAYA PH: Team Building activity last December 10, 2022, with the theme “Servanthood and Leadership: Unleashing and Adhering the Burning Passion Within.”." It was participated by the active and passionate youths from Leon, Iloilo.

The said activity comprises four teams – 🔴TEAM VULCAN, 🟡 TEAM HERA, 🟢 TEAM DEMETER, 🔵TEAM POSEIDON - competing in a friendly competition that aims to socialize and create lasting bonds as one community. Indeed, the hall was filled with joyful laughter and genuine smiles as, after a long tiring day, the participants gained new friends, a newfound strength in them, and a leader within themselves.

Mr. Wilmon Alinsangan or “Kuya Moon” is an educator, child advocate and environmentalist.

Kuya Moon is a Licensed Professional Teacher and worked in the academe for seven years before becoming a Community Engagement Specialist in the Capiz Provincial Environment and Natural Resource Office.

His passion for protecting the environment made him launch programs that help encourage environmental sensitivity for the preservation, conservation, and improvement of the natural environment.

He also dedicated his time and energy to helping the youth of Capiz as the arm of the provincial government to involve themselves in protecting the environment through the Capiz Eco-Youth Volunteer Program.

At present, he is the Development Management Officer 1 and Head of Information, Section Head of Information, Communication and Education, Coastal Resource Management, and Climate Change Adaptation who advocates climate change mitigation and sustainability for the next generation.

He is one of the global leaders of The Climate Reality Project. He is also a Volunteer Awardee and a member of the Board of Trustees and the Assistant Director for Training and Development of the Borres Youth Leadership Institute, Inc.
