Events and Styling and Floral Design are like special work of Art to me.Each client represents a wide spectrum of exceptional likes and differences and the job of the planner/coordinator,event stylist and floral designer like me is to see the vision of the client and bring it to life. MY BEGINNINGS
While in college during my Architecture years at Western Mindanao State University I joined Theatre
Guild, and it exposed me to the world of thespianism showing a large interest in lighting, make-up and set design aside from acting and costume design which i enjoyed a lot.It pulled me out from my shell.It was a synergy of enthusiasm,of exhilaration, and of independence.It freed myself from restrictions and conventions. Aside from gaining subjects in Architecture where i learned the Principles and Elements of Art and Drafting Skills, Furnishings and Interiors and the History of Architecture which in truth clasped my interest,my degree in Home Economics as a second academic course further helped me gain knowledge about great food and beverages,furnishing,flowers,crafts and decor,and table settings which is also a great interest. My penchant in Fashion and Music created a different twist in the events that i made. Needless to say, these interests and exposure helped me organize beautiful celebrations. I opened up my own Event Management and Event Styling and Floral Design services during the summer of 2008. I offer a lighthearted,personalized, both classic and whimsical approach to planning and styling paying much attention to details and according to clients wants and demands. ABOUT US

This package was created especially for the busy client’s who do not have the time to handle all of the overwhelming details. It is the combination of Event Planning/Coordination and On The Day Packages. We will handle all the legworks so that you can relax & enjoy the planning process. With your personal style & unique vision in mind, we become your very own personal assistant recommending reputable vendors, accompanying your appointments, reviewing & negotiating contracts, & assisting in overall design aspect of the extraordinary event. We will coordinate & call a meeting with the suppliers & service providers for final coordination, conduct rehearsals & provide event program and its details, timetable, event program musical score, & reception program script. We provide floor plan, check and ensure proper set-up of event site, & execute on-site tasks. EVENT PLANNING/COORDINATION 0-40%
(3-6 months preparation)
This package offers guidance & direction through the planning process but allows the client to carry out the details & make the arrangements. Included in this package are unlimited consultations & professional advice, budget management, vendor & service provider referrals , development of style, customs & traditions,& everything included in on the event day management package to ensure the client’s stay organized. We will coordinate & call a meeting with the suppliers & service providers for final coordination, conduct rehearsals &, provide event program & its details, timetable, reception program musical score, & reception program script. We provide floor plan & check and ensure proper set-up of event site & execute on-site tasks. ON THE DAY COORDINATION 0-90%
(1 month preparation)
This package was created for the client who wants to do it all herself, but just needs a bit of help toward the end. We will step in about one month before the big day and do the final walk-through of the venue with the client, and provide detailed event-day timelines. We will manage the event from start to finish, ensuring that the day run smoothly & all details are accounted for so that the client can sit back & truly enjoy their special day. We offer our client consultation to personalize a package to meet their specific needs, distinctive style, and budget. We will happily meet you at any point in your planning stages even if those plans haven’t got off the ground yet.
