Do you have what it takes to cosplay the character you love? What are you waiting for? Join the Cosplay Competition and express yourself through the art of Cosplaying!

PRIZES:

📍 Champion - ₱5, 000
📍 1st Placer - ₱4, 000
📍 2nd Placer - ₱3, 500
📍 3rd Placer - ₱2, 500
📍 Consolation Prize - ₱1, 000

MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES

1. The Cosplay Competition is open to all bonafide students of Western Mindanao State University

2. Only one (1) pair of Male and Female is equivalent to one entry per college can join this competition

3. Participants may portray whatever character they prefer. They should prepare their own piece. It should be composed of an introduction inclusive of a famous dialogue or quotation of the chosen character. Their introduction may be either in ENGLISH or FILIPINO.

4. Participants may provide background music for the entire duration of the presentation. The music must be submitted to the Council’s technical team the day before the event.

5. Use of costumes, props, and other materials are allowed and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

6. Participants are given a minimum of three (3) minutes and a maximum of five (5) minutes to perform their character portrayal piece.

7. All participants will be judge based on the following criteria:

A. Characterization - 40%
B. Delivery (Style, Expression, Gestures) - 30%
C. Stage Performance - 20 %
D. Audience Impact - 10%

8. The decision of the Board of Judges is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE.
