A Bird From Paradise (indian paradise flycatcher)
Indian Paradise flycatcher, the most mesmerizing bird i have ever seen. A migrant bird in Potohar valley, usually arrive with monsoon rains in midsummer. Do pairing and then in start of winter they move to find more warmer place in subcontinent. in this video a male paradise flycatcher doing his things after monsoon rain, his long tail is to attract females and after pairing they got rid of their tail. will share in next video.

Rose Ring Parakeet Aka Gaani wala toota
when was around 11 years old i remember these parakeets flocks everywhere and then their numbers started to decline due to loss of habitat and people started keeping them in cages. now only few visit Potohar to spend their winters, hardly any permanent resident. this parakeet made my evening, low light but loved every single second observing him/her.

There are few types of green pigeons, Yellow footed green Pigeons are the ones who visits Potohar valley to spend their winters. Here they are taking sunbath sitting at the top of Banyan tree in my village. i counted 28 but a friend who lives besides banyan tree counted 36. The whole Banyan tree moves when they comedown to sleep after evening sunbath. in local language we cal them Haryal. state Bird of Mahrashtra india.

Jackal Puppies seeing a human first time
Proper breeding and properly raised. healthy and strong from their looks. Nature at its very best. i felt lucky to get closer to them, as you can hear in the end birds ( Rufous Treepie) alerted them from suspected danger. loved every second of this meeting with Jackal pups family.6 of them.

Desi potohari cows are the most attractive and fittest cows to me, more important they are part of eco system. The more they go for grazing, they will play their role in ecosystem. for example a study we do that the cows dung make feed for the birds through maggots and also organic fertilizer. This world needs more herders and we need more desi animals on the ground.
