01. What are your business hours? Do you offer same-day delivery?

Our flower shop operates from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Sunday.

02. Yes, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time. However, we recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery during busy seasons. Currently, we only deliver within Islamabad/ Rawalpindi, Lahore & Karachi Pakistan. Booking time for Lahore and Karachi would be at least 2 days pr

ior to delivery. Events orders are to be placed a week to a month prior.

03. How can I place an order for flowers? You can place an order through our website, over the phone, or by visiting our physical store. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you with your selection.

04. What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash payments for in-store purchases and easy paisa and Jazz cash payments online.

05. Can I request a custom flower arrangement? Absolutely! We love creating unique and personalized arrangements. You can share your preferences, favorite flowers, colors, and any specific occasion details, and our talented florists will craft a custom bouquet just for you.

06. Do you offer wedding flower services? Yes, we specialize in creating exquisite wedding flower arrangements. Please contact us in advance to schedule a consultation with our wedding floral experts.

07. Can I send flowers anonymously? Certainly! We respect your privacy and will ensure that your identity remains confidential if you choose to send flowers anonymously.

08. Do you offer international flower delivery? Currently, we only provide local and nationwide delivery within Islamabad/ Rawalpindi. International deliveries are not available at the moment.

09. What happens if the recipient is not available during the delivery? If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe location. Alternatively, we will leave a note for the recipient to arrange a convenient redelivery time.

10. What is your cancellation and refund policy? For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are subject to the cancellation’s timing and the order’s nature. Please refer to our detailed refund policy on our website or contact our customer support team for more information.

11.How do I care for my flowers once I receive them? To ensure the longevity of your flowers, trim the stems at an angle, change the water every two days, and keep them away from direct sunlight and drafts. You can also add flower food to the water to extend its freshness.

12. Do you offer seasonal flower arrangements? Yes, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of seasonal flower arrangements that showcase the best blooms for every time of the year.
