ISOCARP Cabinet Election for the term of (2024-25), Successfully took place on Monday dated (11/03/24) at the Department of City And Regional Planning, Mehran UET Jamshoro.
Respected Chairman Mir Aftab Hussain Talpur and faculty of the Department of City And Regional Planning graced the occasion while Dr Saima Kalwar was the chief guest of the occasion.
Students of CRP actively participated in the elections and casted their votes and elected the new Cabinet of ISOCARP(2024-25).
Logistic team managed the event with discipline and integrity which resulted as a successful elected cabinet.

Yesterday 11th March, 2024 on Monday, the general body election was held for the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) at the Department of City and Regional Planning, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, Pakistan.
The election ceremony was inaugurated by the respected teachers of the Department.
The new body for the year 24-25 was elected with the following members:

President: Imdad Hussain Zardari (20CRP)

Vice President: Laraib Liaqat (22CRP)

Event Manager: Sarfaraz Shaikh (20CRP)

General Secretary: Abdul Basit Narejo (21CRP)

Information Secretary: Areesha Imran (23CRP)

Finance Secretary: Aisha Rana (23CRP)

Training Sessions were delivered by Dr. Muhammad Yousif Mangi, Assistant Professor of cited Department. Certificates were distributed among active participations.

The token of appreciation ceremony was held at the Department of City of City and Regional Planning, Mehran UET, Jamshoro, Pakistan 🇵🇰 for the ISOCARP elected body 2023-24. The Departmental Head and Patron in Chief of ISOCARP Prof. Dr. Mir Aftab Hussain Talpur, along with senior faculty members Dr. Saima Kalwar, Mr. Ubedullah Soomro, and ISOCARP Patron Dr. Muhammad Yousif Mangi were distributed shields and certificates among the society elected members for their successful completion of tenure.
