Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which booking is accepted.
1. We will not book the rest house for any illegal activities such as the use of Drugs, Drinking Alcohol, Parties, or use/showing off any kind of weapons. It is strictly forbidden to carry any kind of weapon in the rest house.
2. The Sound system is strictly prohibited / not allowed outside the housing area to maintain in the respect of the Mosque / Madrasa.
3. All clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
4. Only Legal and Ethical Events will be allowed under our booking.
5. The Client/Party will be responsible for itself and its personal belongings. Friends & Family management will not be responsible for any type of accident or loss of life during the stay of the party at our rest house.
6. Take special care of your children near the swimming pool.
7. If at any time during your visit to the rest house you or any of your guest damage or misuse the rest house or any equipment or furniture in the rest house or violate the rules and regulations of the rest house, the party may be asked to leave the premises with immediate effect and with no refunds.
8. Terms & Conditions Acceptance will be compulsory for every client before entering the rest house. We can also make arrangements for other services like Event Planning, Decoration and catering according to your required Theme and Budget.
