I have been passionate about eating good food and cooking from a very early age. Came from a home where my Mom was German, cooked amazing German, European & Desi food, and my Dad would create exotic dishes from leftovers giving each dish an Italian, French, German or Desi name. ding all sauces... I believe in utilizing everything - turn vegetable peels into exotic side dishes. My Food Story:
I learnt a lot of recipes and cooking hacks from my Mother. I loved to eat out and then re-create dishes very often, with a' twist 'which gave it that something special. My kids and friends always loved my food and I enjoyed cooking for them. Around a year ago my kids encouraged me to take it on professionally. So since last year I have been catering for friends and family dinners, lunches & teas for around 20 persons.
