Virsa- The Food Heritage is having a biryani day once again on Saturday 30 sep as many customers requested for half portions

As we are home based and have our limitations , there will be limited slots, and all orders will be catered on first come first serve basis.

*Dhunwaandar Chicken biryani box (coal smoked- serving of 3 persons) including 300 ml of our signature raita @ Rs.2400 (medium spicy)

*Only leg pieces will be used in biryani, 6 pieces in each box ( each leg piece weighing above 100 grams)

* The deliveries will start getting picked up at 1:00 pm from our place .

* Delivery charges apply and vary depending on area.
* As Virsa already follows a strict policy of 50% advance , no order will be considered confirmed until advance payment is made.

* We may not be able to arrange all deliveries from our trusted delivery partners and manage COD for the balance payment for all orders as we may have to use careem / uber and they cant collect cash on our behalf. In that scenario, the whole payment will have to be made online before the dispatch of order and DC to be paid by the client to rider as per actual.

*Pickup option is also available from our location in Township.

Virsa- The Food Heritage k customers ka sab sey mushkil sawal yey lagta hey '' ye aapki dish kitnay logon k liay kafi hoti hey'' and when customers receive the food what we have to hear is '' aap ney kaha thay 5 logon k liay kafi hoga'' ye to hum sey 2 din main khatam nahi hona''

Some find us slightly expensive than others in similar business but we have our reasons.

A. The red meat used in our all items is net 1050-1100 grams after cleaning, where as most use whatever is left after weighing of 1 kg meat before cleaning.( approx 850-900 grams depending on fat in that part)
we never add any skirtings, ''pallay'' or fatty parts in our dishes, its majorly the pieces with proper meat. mostly the meat packets are made with equal distribution of cuts containing anywhere between 40-50% of boneless cuts. and each order is prepared individually , no matter we make 4 mutton qourmas in a day, each dish will be prepared separately.

B. our veal is from export quality source only , owning a fattening farm , chillers where meat is hung and all moisture is drained before cutting resulting in melt in mouth cuts.

C. our chicken karrahi which we call 1 kg , uncooked chicken weighing 1150-1200 grams is added to it so its technically almost '' sawa kilo karrahi'

D. chicken in biryani/ qourma/ palak/ pulao is used weighing1300-1350 grams

E. our hareesa which we call a kg ( served with separately packed kababs and desi ghee) if we add the base, kababs and desi ghee all together it weighs around 1150 to 1200 grams.

PLEASE NOTE: the kababs used in our hareesa are pure meat with some very basic spices. There is not a SINGLE GRAM of onions, bread or any other fillers thats added to them to make 1 kg mince 1.5 kg

Absolute Vacation Apartments- Bhurban is located on same road as PC bhurban, if PC is on right hand side we are 200 meters away from it. This apartment is located in bhurban continental aparment. its a self service apartment.

its a three master bedroom apartment with three double beds and 4 single mattresses, fully equipped kitchen with cooking hood & hob, refrigerator, microwave, electic kettle, all basic cooking / serving pots and utensils. A lounge with 7 seater sofa and a terrace with a beautiful valley side view.

Request to all food lovers out there

weather is getting real hot, please be kind to the delivery persons,

If you are a vendor/ seller please donot make them wait for long at your door (we Alhamdulillah always prepare and pack food 10-15 minutes before pick up time) if the rider is early for pick up , offer him a place to sit under shade and fan.

In summers we always have " kachi lassi" ready in 1.5 liter bottles in refrigerator for riders coming for pick up at Virsa- The Food Heritage . ( hardly costs you anything) . Please offer them something cold to drink even if its water.

Most of the delivery persons carry their water bottles with them, we always ask them if they need a cold water refill , no matter if we are delivering or receiving the food.

If you are a customer and ordering from any restaurant, app, portal etc please offer the delivery persons the same and try to receive the package as early as possible.

In summers the tendency and chances of getting bike's tire punctured increases highly and is a very common thing, if rider is late instead of being angry and unhappy please do ask him for the reason of delay.
