Sakuf Rendezvous - A facility created in 1988 and shared with family friends to arrange exclusive family functions like Mehndis ,engagements ,dinners etc has now been restricted to smaller functions preferably during day light to honour government decision to conserve energy and resources thus helping our beloved country . We do apologize our very close friends and relations for not allowing functions in the recent past .This was only to respect government directions and follow law of land in true letter and spirit being responsible citizens . This shift in policy has accrued many benefits like now we are focusing on grooming of our beloved children .You would all agree that afternoon activities like cycling ,skating ,team events and physical exertion etc have nearly diminished .Such interactions helped in developing personality by inculcating character traits like patience ,tolerance ,mutualism ,physical and moral courage etc . A dire need was felt to provide environments for rejuvenation of afternoon activities for younger generation - which our generation enjoyed and still cherishes. Effort is to hold events where parents could leave their loved ones with trust and comfort for a few hours .This is only possible if we provide larger grounds with modern gadgets in a gated area where security , sanctity ,ethics ,etiquettes, manners and discipline are the hallmark.Surely ,these conditions are not available in residential areas and purely commercial setups owing to rush and various threats. Reservation for Exclusive Family Functions ( Birthdays ,Committee Parties, Ameens and Exhibitions etc) for family friends and selected Elites of DHA is now open.However,we shall soon be releasing criteria for membership and selection of families who could join this noble venture.
