Huma started working as dress designer three years ago during her school teaching job. Initially, she took a start from home informally, targeting relatives and close friends as her customers. The positive response and encouragement from her target group extended the circle of clientele to the people of neighboring areas.

ium to pastoral women artisans to buff up their skills to that extent to export their products in different markets.
• Mrs. Huma is the first Gold medal winning women.
• Mrs. Huma is working in different field both Private and Government Sectors.
• Keeping in view her skills of managing functions effectively, she was assigned the duties of supervising the co curricular activities of students and relevant arrangements at City School System Beaconhouse School System. With the passage of time, she also started accepting the additional responsibility of helping her colleagues and relatives in planning and managing their domestic events. Mrs. Huma’s approach of planning the event before implementation process considering all the associated contingent factors always prove her interpersonal skills in effective management of events. This positive feedback inspired/stimulated the lady to commercialize her skills as professional designer and event organizer. KPK Women Entrepreneurship Centre:
• Mrs. Huma launched a first platform of “KPK Women Entrepreneurship Centre” to rural artisans to polish their skills and giving them the opportunity to put their products in the display and giving them business consultancy and the most importantly participating their products in National and International level Exhibitions, so that they can come across in a new market. For the first time being a female KPK especially in Peshawar she just try to launch these activities among all the female community who can participate and could make their own identification in society that besides the hand made products and shops and other activities they could learn something different and new skills of arrangements.

• To teach them different arrangements besides boutique parlor etc.
• To make a smooth platform that they could make it easier and make it sure that a women also can do it very properly. Purpose of KPK Women Entrepreneurship Centre:
• To gave them authentic platform to sell product in main market.
• Easily access of all customers towards their products.
• All the selling criteria will be female that they could bring out themselves from an ordinary shop to a specific display center.
• To provide them linkages, contacts and trainings that they could learn and earn.
• They would be a role model for society that not only male, also females can be good business women.
