TiE Islamabad hosted an iftar to celebrate the women entrepreneurs of its Acceleration Program for Women Entrepreneurs (APWE). The 9 Finalists are all set to embark on an exciting journey of the 2-month US Exchange Program.

In collaboration with the US Embassy Islamabad, Change Mechanics, and Founder Institute Pakistan, APWE, is a multifaceted acceleration program launched in November 2020. It aims to provide growth stage, women-led startups with the necessary tools, coaching, and mentoring to take their business to the next level.

Multiple persons are required to just get out one bucket of water from the well. Even after that, the water has to be carried from the well's location to each individual home.

Due to limited conditions of thar, a clay pot is used as storage and a fridge. Water is getting more and more scare in such areas. Natural wells are drying and it is getting difficult to get access to fresh drinking water.
