🔹 Inha has extensive experience in supporting Ukrainian companies in entering the Polish market, advising on corporate structuring of business within two jurisdictions, tax issues, as well as labor and migration law.

🔹 Inha Livandovska received a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University “Odesa Law Academy” (Faculty of Civil and Economic Justice), Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw ( Finance Law and Treasury, specialization in Finance Law). In 2022, the lawyer successfully passed the exam for a Tax Advisor, which is held by the Commission appointed by the Ministry of Finance of Poland.

🎤 Grzegorz Garbarczyk, Tax Advisor at InfoCredit, has been added to the lineup of the forum's speakers.

🔹 Transfer pricing expert. He deals with transfer pricing issues since 2002, working for biggest tax advisory companies and as an in-house. He worked also for the Polish Ministry of Finance as a Head of Unit in the Transfer Pricing Department. His area of expertise covers all the aspects of transfer pricing, including complex advisory, TP documentation, benchmarking studies, transfer pricing policies, designing complex structures of settlements – both on local and international levels.
🔹 During work in the Ministry of Finance Grzegorz was one of the key authors of the transfer pricing legislation reform, which came into force since 1 January 2019. In particular, he supervised works on transfer pricing reporting (TPR) and coordinated Country -by-Country reporting. In his role as a Polish delegate to OECD Working Groups he presented Polish point of view with respect to global tax reform – BEPS 2.0 (taxation of digital economy and global minimum tax).
🔹 Author of many publications on transfer pricing and speaker on trainings.
