BE AWARE!!
Why Are People Getting Deportation Stamps in Poland? – Be Careful!
Many people are being forced to leave Poland because of simple mistakes! Don’t let this happen to you. Here are the most common reasons:
🔴 1. You forget to apply for a TRC on time - If your visa or residence permit is about to expire, you MUST apply for a new one before it ends. If you miss the deadline, your stay becomes illegal.
⚠️ 2. Changing jobs or agencies too often - If you change jobs or agencies and you gave them power of attorney for TRC PROCESS, they might cancel your application without telling you. When this happens, your stay becomes illegal if your visa or permit has expired.
📩 3. Moving around too much - Changing your address often or moving to a new city can cause big problems. Important letters like appointments for fingerprints might not reach you. If you miss your appointment, your application can be left as not recognised and stay become illegal.
👷♂️ 4. Forgetting that your residence permit is connected to your employer - Your residence permit is usually connected to your employer. If you change jobs, you MUST tell the voivode (immigration office) within 15 working days. If you don’t, your new application might be denied.
👉 Important Law: You must inform the voivode when your job ends or changes within 15 days, or you could get a negative decision.
🚨 5. Working without proper documents - If you work without a work permit or legal documents, you can be deported after an inspection by the Border Guard.
📜 6. Expired passport - Always check your passport! If it’s expired, you could get a deportation stamp.
🤦♀️ 7. Trusting the wrong people to help you - Many people pay agents or representatives who don’t know what they’re doing. If your agent misses deadlines or doesn’t submit your papers correctly, YOU will face the consequences.
❌ 8. Staying in Poland after getting a negative decision - If your application is rejected and you decided not to appeal you must leave Poland in 30 days. If you don’t, the Border Guard can give you a deportation stamp.
🌍 9. Overstaying your Schengen permit - If you have a residence permit from another Schengen country, you can only stay in Schengen area for **90 days in 180 days** only. If you overstay, you might face deportation.
