Visiting corporate groups learn latin dance moves during our phasing race Old San Juan. We have teambuilding for local groups and visiting groups but the main objective is to get teams outdoors and interacting on a level that creates stronger bonds resulting in a productive workplace.

Well said Gary! My old neighbor and friend Gary Tetley, tax partner at Deloitte is not in the minority. I believe we are@all ready to put the Pandemic behind us, get back to meeting in person and reconnecting on a level that we as human beings need. Out teambuilding events work inside and out but we are based in the Caribbean so the beach, old city or rainforest offer some of the best opportunities for outdoor events.

Accountants like Deloitte partner Gary Tetley are not in the minority. Executives around the world can’t wait to get back to meetings in person and getting outdoors. Our teambuilding events have been customized for locations around the US for years and we are looking forward to bringing employees back outside with activities like our “Marooned” and our “Phasing Race” that can be repoduced anywhere.

We are ready to run teambuilding and events and soon the Pandemic will be over. There will be an overwhelming push back to meetings in person especially with a huge pent up demand for teambuilding and bonding activities for companies whose employees are suffering from a disconnect from the people they work with and communicate with every day.
Our amazing race Old San Juan is an outdoor group activity where social distancing is easily observed. Take for example the "Dance the salsa" challenge, a 5 minute group challenge to gain proficiency in this latin dance.
This activity can be customized to and reproduced in any city around the US.
