Elizabeth Pape-Vidal and Geor Vidal Boscio have been in the catering business since 1989. In 1996 Boscio Catering was founded, and has been providing high end catering services in the entire island of Puerto Rico. Geor and Elizabeth have been succesful in creating a fusion of traditional Puerto Rican cuisine and international flavors and. Boscio's events range from small intimate gatherings to large corporate events serving more than 2000 guests. The success of Boscio Catering is attributed to their ability to break away from the stereo typical mistake so many caterers make : "mass production,lacking of flavor and little attention to details".
