Castillo San Cristobal is a dreamy venue for wedding ceremonies. However, there are a few important details you should keep in mind when planning your event there:
✔️ They have a very strict setup and breakdown schedule and protocol
✔️ It’s an outdoor space, so a weather back up plan is a must (or umbrellas for everyone)
✔️ There’s no guest parking, so you’ll need shuttles
✔️It can get pretty windy, so keep the decorations as simple as possible
✔️There’s no water fountain nearby so make sure you have some coolers with waters for your guests.
In conclusion: Make sure you book a wedding planner to help you with all the logistics! You’ll need it more than you think.🤍

“It’s just 25 more people. It shouldn’t be a big deal”… 👀 So why exactly does these last minute changes affect the planning? Here’s a few reasons… 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 ▫️The reception stationery should be printed at least a week prior to the wedding ▫️The guest list affects the seating plan ▫️The seating plan affects the reception layout ▫️Your wedding planner probably already shared the layout with all of the vendors ▫️The venue, rentals and catering need a final headcount at least a week prior to the event. ▫️More people means more menú cards, more chairs, more napkins, more plates…basically more of everything. And that’s just to mention a few. 😅 So how about we don’t go up that hill? Instead, follow your wedding planner’s advice to ensure a peaceful and happy journey to the aisle! 🤍
