I was late, they were late, the weather where we were going was terrible, they missed the plan b location and we ended up having 30m of light in a ver clouded day and two different spots to cover. But like most things that start in less positive way, the results have a way of surprising us if we push through against the odds.

Elegance is so simple and and .lourenco are the proof of that 😉! Barely zero posing was what they wanted and that is what I wanted to hear in my last wedding of the season!
Yes this was the last wedding of a very long, busy and tiring season that started back in April, but it was also a beautiful, thrilling and exciting one, where I got to meet so many beautiful and kind hearted people that made my job so rewarding once more.
After photographing as much as 40 different couples, from 20 different nationalities, from Indian weddings to Persian, Christian or Chinese weddings and after taking as much as 26 flights to photograph weddings and lecture in workshops outside Madeira Island, it’s time to finally catch up on work behind and finally spend more time with my love ones ☺️

It’s not everyday you have the chance to fly to Lisbon and head to mystical Sintra, the town were the portuguese kings and queens had their summer palaces. To make it even more interesting Anuj and Petra wore both western and indian outfits in an abandoned palace called Casa dos Penedos. The initial idea was to have a photo session downtown in Lisbon, but the weather played a trick on us and it was raining, which meant we had to go for plan B, which for me ended up being more of a plan A. Here is a sample of the photos we took that day.

Exactly 10 years ago I shot my first bride in September 2014. Exactly 10 years later, after having photographed weddings all over Portugal, the French Riviera and Tuscany, I ended up photographing my first wedding in the Greek isles. And what could be better to celebrate the occasion than another amazing Indian wedding, full of color and dancing and another incredible couple that makes you smile every time you see how good they fit together. The amount of light you see in their eyes when they look at each other is special, so special 🤍
