My culinary half-marathon… 21 days of nourishing some amazing people from across the globe. We know that it wasn’t a “Goodbye” today, but it still felt weird, you do become close, share stories and learn from each other every day. I’m very grateful to be able to share my passion and inspire people with food. Even though it was a long time, now that it’s over, I feel like it has passed very quickly. Many of you knew about it, but we kept the details to ourselves. 😎 Without further ado, please welcome……. the video might have helped you already with the name? Green Moustache Some of you know the surprising details behind the name “Portela da Ginja” but there are a handful of reasons why we had to change it to something that is more representing of who we are. I would have never imagined that we will actually get this far, we were just “going with the flow” during Covid. In many aspects we were, and still are, very lucky but that doesn’t mean that we didn’t hold each other accountable. With our new name (that also expats know how to pronounce 😉), also comes a website where you can get to know us, my service and Matt’s products a bit more, check out upcoming events (it’s Retreats for now, sorry) and have all the info you need just a click away.
