Our Story

Having catered in Restaurants for many years in the UK and Portugal, we decided to concentrate more on the informal type of catering - cooking for people in their homes, their holiday villas, or at their events. People who want nothing more than to eat great tasting, real food, whilst chilled out, having a fab time, no stress and all we leave behind is full tummies and great memories. We specialise in our unique style of Roasting and Barbecue, either with our new member of the family, “The Beast” our custom made American type Barbecue/Smoker and/or our Cuban Roasting Box - using only Wood or Charcoal we can rock up almost anywhere! We can do anything from Full Hog Roasts (or other Meats) Pulled Pork, Brisket Texan Style, Ribs, Pork Shoulders - in fact - anything that can be roasted or barbecued we can do it.

We are known for our delicious, own produced Smoked Food - (our Smoked salmon far surpasses anything you can get in the supermarkets).

For Desserts and Cakes - Banoffie Pie, Cheesecakes, Chocolate Brownies, Treacle Tart, Crumble, Pies and Cakes, etc are available on request. We cater for Barbecues, Family parties, Private Dinner Parties, Villa Catering, Golf parties Afternoon Teas, Christenings, Pre-Wedding Breakfasts, Post wedding-day lunch, Business Events and Wedding Barbecues/Hog Roasts. We are more than happy to discuss your catering requirements and how we can tailor make a menu just for you and your party.
