Our Story
Fourteen years’ experience in the food industry in the Algarve gave us a deep knowledge of the “Terroir” and his fabulous products, as well as the best local suppliers where we can buy a selection of the best meat cuts of the region, incredibly fresh seafood and local vegetables,
Our menus and catering services are based on a cuisine with Mediterranean influences using the best fresh and seasonal products of the Algarve. Incredible fresh seafood from Lagos and Sagres fish markets, shellfish from the Alvor lagoon and Costa Vicentina, excellences from the Algarve and Alentejo country sides and farms. We shop and cook daily using the most fresh and sensational ingredients, keeping them simple but extremely tasting.
Our strong commitment and passion for food bring us to travel during the winter looking for new inspirations, ideas, ingredients and food trends to test and personalize in our kitchen before offering to our clients
