Welcome to our upcoming Breathwork Event with Live Music on Wednesday the *18th of September at O Ninho, in Sao Luís.

In this special event you will be led into a musical journey by Mosh Zehavi during and after your Breathwork session.

Mosh is a composer, guitar and singing devotee, poet and Breathworker.

With her qualifications and experiences, she brings an intuitive wisdom into the Breathwork sessions, in which each individual is held with love and safety.

THIS THURSDAY 23th we meet for a brand new singing circle in our cosy nest @ O NINHO! It is an open circle where everybody is invited to bring their own instruments & songs, but you are of course also free to join to sing alone or just to listen :) Our friend Yoav will open the circle with a voice exploration for those who want to try it out! We invite you to join us for a transformative group breathwork session held by Cilia, a trained psychologist, therapist and breathwork facilitator. This is an opportunity to explore the power of the breath and increase self-awareness on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Breathwork has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve emotional regulation and increase overall wellbeing. It is a powerful tool for healing trauma, releasing negative emotions and connecting with your inner self.

Bom dia alegria! We are very honored to welcome the great Gustavito in concert in our nest, on the 21st of October! 🐥

Gustavo Amaral, a.k.a. Gustavito, is a singer-songwriter born in Minas Gerais (Brazil), from where he has been spreading music around the world for a decade. His musicality is multiple and brings strong marks of originality and colour, working with a mixture of diverse influences, mainly from popular Brazilian rhythms in stylized versions. The song´s poetry refers to the themes of self-knowledge and how music can connect with the divine. Its unique melodies and harmonies produce textures and suggest movements. The verses praise the culture of peace and the love of nature.

Gustavito will be supported by our dear friend Ana Pomar who will share some of her tender and beautiful medicine songs!

Synopsis: In the heart of the Amazon Rainforest, the self-claimed Huni Kuin (meaning true people) are experiencing a renaissance of their culture, after decades of slavery and being forbidden to live their identity. It was only in the year 2000 they started to remember who they really are through communing with their sacred medicine nixi pae (ayahuasca) within their community. Their identity has since returned after more than 20 years of prayers and cultural strengthening undertaken by the spiritual leader Ninawá Pai da Mata and his village Novo Futuro, and the communities along the Humaitá River. Through this film, we are guided by the villagers through the enchanting cacophony of the forest, understanding the significance of culture and identity to the Huni Kuin people.

We invite you for a Trance Dance Ritual this Sunday to embrace the new season in a territory that is already walked for millennia, sown and now very explored called Alentejo. One of the great powers of Rituals is to settle in places and rescue their forgotten symbols, which are essential for rebuilding communities that care for the land, honouring together the cycles of the Earth.

Trance Dance is a fusion of organic and spontaneous body movements and dynamic percussion rhythms. Here we will be using a specific breathing technique that, along with wearing a mask to cover our eyes, stimulates us and has the potential to bring us to a profound state of consciousness or trance.

EVERY MOVEMENT IS AN OFFER.💫
