“The highlight of our Algarve dinners 😍

It doesn’t get much better than - a fabulous lakeside setting with stunning sunset views paired with an inspired menu by chef John Nolan. A truly memorable eve 💫

I’ve never eaten anything like the ‘seafood sausage’, so clever and packed full of flavour. The tempura tiger prawn was another favourite, the wasabi zing and rice-crispy style crunch were fabulous 🦐“
