Accountant Qualifications:
1. Must be a Graduate with CPA or BS Accountancy Degree Graduate with a minimum 5 years of Experience as a general/senior account in Hospitality, Contracting or Manpower Supply business
2. Skilled and fully knowledgeable for the Financial Auditing and Tax Auditing
3. Proficient in conducting Monthly & yearly Auditing, GL monitoring and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and reliability
4. Preparing and providing operation budget, Accurate & up to date monitoring of AR/AP
5. Capable of monitoring & reviewing expenditures vs Budget, Cost and benefit analysis of each project, controlling accounts and Cost Controlling .
6. Managed and provide structure, consolidation, analysis of financial data, develop budget, forecast, and other financial report
7. Able make accurate Costing, Quotation and tendering and WPS Salary transfer.
8. Core Competencies: Management Reporting, Budget & forecasting, Financial Analysis & Accounting, Compliance Management, Tax Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Budgeting and Cost Control, Asset Management
9. Technical Skills: SAP, Oracle, MS Office, Tally ERP, QuickBooks, C.I.A
Operation/Marketing
· 7yrs and above Experience with the Hospitality, Deep Cleaning & Contracting Sector
· Capable of Bringing Client
· Capable of managing required Manpower to Supply and or/Outsourcing if needed
· Knowledgeable with the tendering
· Knowledgeable with the quotation and pricing
· Responsible for Duty roster of both workers and Drivers, and able to accurately keep up-to-date progress of Actual staff work report (Head Count: Total Staffs, On duty, Absent, Sick, vacation, ETC.)
· Maintains constant Communication with the Clients and respond promptly regarding request and or any issue
Contracting Manpower Supply Supervisor
· 7yrs and above Experience for Manpower Supply Contracting
· Capable of Bringing Client
· Capable of outsourcing and managing required Manpower to Supply
