Buzoku Studio is a versatile open space that can meet your creative needs.🎭
It can accommodate about 15 people at once, at the tables, and almost double the number if the ingenious sitting boxes are added to the equation.📦
There are tall lamps (spotlights) available that can provide the perfect light for a night drawing session or an impromptu photo-shoot.📸
The fluffy carpet and bright-pink neon lights can be re-arranged, as well as the tables and chairs to your liking.💡
Contact us in private if you have a project that requires additional changes to the space and perhaps we can meet your expectations.🤝
We cannot wait to meet you!🖤

Last time you learned all about Cloud's background. Now, is my turn.
I am Kim and I traveled a lot ever since I was a child. Born in Korea, raised in South America, and lived in Montreal where I studied industrial design and fine arts. Soon after, I worked in animations while playing Taiko (Japanese drums) in my spare time. This passion of mine led to opening an art studio with a couple of friends to teach youngsters the art of music. After a few years, I was hired as a 3D Animator and moved to Cluj. I always was a creative type, getting involved in multiple artistic endeavors at once, so the idea of having a space in which to freely express all of my creative interests came to me easily. It just happened that Cloud had the same thought.
⬇️
We met through work, and after a while, figured out that we had common goals and visions. The original idea was to rent a small studio in which we can artistically express ourselves, but it expanded. It formed into what it is now when we passed a new building on the street and decided to go check it out. We fell in love with the place and its large windows, great lighting, and amazing garden. We decided then and there to get the space and make it available for more than just 2 people.
⬇️
The plan is to expand the freelancing sphere in Cluj, and we believe that Buzoku is the right place for it. The city lacks a dedicated space for artists, and especially those that are freelancers, so why not create one? We struggled with finding the right space in which to get our freelancing work done ourselves, so we decided to take matters into our own hands. Cluj is constantly evolving creatively, and there are so many artistic people here that it would be a shame to not encourage them to grow. We are passionate about sharing knowledge, and we want to support artists to create and manifest themselves in a safe space, while continuously learning and developing their skills.
If you relate to any of that, feel free to come and check out the space. We cannot wait to meet you!👋

Installing the new floor was an interesting experience. 6/10 would recommend.😂
We can almost see the finish line, but maybe it's because of all the paint fumes.😵 Everything is worth it, and we are excited to welcome you at Buzoku.🔜
How do you think that the floor will look like after the peel-off?👇

We are Cloud & Kim, two immigrants living and working in Cluj-Napoca with a desire to give back to the community. Let us properly introduce ourselves.🙇
I shall go first. I am Cloud, a kid from the Philippines that moved to Cluj six years ago to work as a concept artist.👋 Back home, I worked as a freelancer and a product designer for Adidas and Skullcandy. Out of curiosity, I applied for a job here, in Cluj, especially after I learned more about the region and its history.🧛 This, coupled with my desire to explore and leave my homeland, drove me to pass the interviews and get the job. It was my first time in Europe. Hell, it was the first time traveling by plane!✈️ It was terrifying and exciting at the same time. Fast-forward into the future, I planned to expand my apparel company in the Philippines a couple of years ago, but it didn’t work out. However, the idea shared lots of similarities to what Buzoku is now.
Stay tuned to our channel for Kim's background. You will also learn how our stories are entangled and generated the idea that is now known as Buzoku.🔗
Can you relate to my adventure? Tell me in the comments if you do and share your journey!👇 I'd love to hear it.
