Few of the things that made this wedding special:

No 1: Stefana & Derek really wanted this old VW van to complete their vision of a contemporary wedding with lots of old school details to make a statement
No 2: What more can I say about this statement jewelries and about the gorgeous nails, again, all part from this dream of a colorful, cosmic, disco wedding 🤍
No 3: This hundred years old pipe organ was recently rehabilitated and Szuszana, our organist, sang, for Stefana’s walked down the isle, the main theme from Star Trek Deep Space 9 🔥
No 4: the very good friend of Stefana and Derek officiated the ceremony (we even had a very talented translator for the few romanian guests 🤍)
No 5: Stefana, our dear bride, choose to sang a song for her husband Derek, instead of the clasic vows. It was a very emotional moment the more so as Stefana is not a trained vocalist singer (even though she is a musician)
No 6: We had a quiz for the guests instead of a classic guest book
No 7: Cimbalom (RO:tambal) is a very old musical instrument and greatly appreciated in Romania 🤍
No 8: The wedding was shot on 6 mm band, analog baby
No 9: One of the good friends of Stefana & Derek dedicated some songs for the beloved couple 🤍
No 10: All the festivities took place in a hundred years old evangelical church and in the dependencies and annexes of the old parish 💒

I could mention many more, like the bride and her friends, djing her wedding party 🤍 but I stop here for the moment.

This is 2016 when all the paper goods for a wedding were the same, at least in Romania or maybe just Sibiu.... or almost the same, and we (the wedding stylers and the wedding planners) were drooling over the Pinterest inspirational images so I decided to take the problem in my own hands and to do it myself for the whole wedding. So, I looked and I looked and finaly found the right lay out, the right fonts, the right form and the right paper and I edited myself, I printed at a local print shop on the paper I choose, and the grand finale.... I cut each and every menu myself, by hand, I cut every name card myself, I glued the pine tree leaves and so on and so on :) It was pretty great and my clients were over the moon with the results :) I still am very emotional about this wedding of mine ❤️

PS* So glad I don't have to do it these days as there are so many wonderful suppliers with an infinity of options regarding the design, the paper regarding everything on this manner :)
