I have trained expertise in a wide range of dishes, from Rwandese, to French, Italian and Indian. My particular speciality stems from my passion for Asian food - where I prepare unique dishes that have origins from Vietnam, Ma
laysia and Thailand. While Kigali may not always offer the wide range of ingredients needed, I can source most and can prepare dinners or catering ranging from a small group to medium and large groups. As part of Home Appétit, my team of sous-chefs and waiting staff are also available to offer a more personalised service. We can arrive, set the table, prepare the meals, clear and clean up, all with excellent attention to detail, and sourcing foods that offer value for money. Or, if you wish to help cook with us and learn new recipes, I am available to help. I speak English, French and Kinyarwanda. To note - the best set-up is for you to choose from a range of menu options that we provide, although we can of course take special requests. We would prefer to come to your home the night before the event to prepare in advance all sauces, marinades and soups.
