Our Story

Warm greetings to you all, my name is Vida and I am a private chef teaching authentic Persian & Mediterranean cuisine cooking classes. Professional and fun lessons for beginners to more advanced cooks, something for everyone. I teach using a hands-on technique where you are the main chef and I am a helpful hand.

Before moving to the Qatar I owned my own Persian restaurant in England. Cooking for others is my passion, missing running my restaurant I would attend cooking classes in Doha to fill the hole in my heart and continue learning and developing my cooking skills. However, I found myself feeling unchallenged and so I decided to start running my own cooking classes. I believe healthy eating is the key to a better lifestyle which is why all my recipes include mostly organic, free-ranged and all of the freshest ingredients

My aim is to create a fun learning environment. To do this, soft Jazz is played quietly while we cook to encourage a relaxed atmosphere. I am always eagar to meet others who share a passion for food so I encourage customers to bring along friends. For group bookings who are attending to celebrate a special occasions, your preferred choice of music in more than welcomed to set the perfect setting.
