I would like to thank my loyal customers for keeping me busy...so busy I did not have time to take pics...Another busy weekend ahead - Before I disappear into the Kitchen let me share some of my favorite meals, I made a while back. Fish (Yes Fish, I love fish, I can eat fish every day). We are blessed to have them fresh every day. Some of them are overrated, some underratted. The other day, I was lucky to come accross some Sardines...Sardine Frir avek Lasos Zonnyon Best. Highly underrated. Then my friend, brought me, some Groupers - Krwasan, which I happily BBQd. Top!
