DJ Nyctoriam a.k.a Meriam Kasim is a female DJ based in Gothenburg, SWE. She’s been in love with and involved with the psytrance scene since attending her first event in 2012. After enjoying many events & festivals around the world, she was taught to mix her favorite tracks in 2019 and started to officially play at parties in 2020. Since then she’s played at multiple festivals and big events in Sw

eden, such as Forest Star Festival and Genesis Project. She has shared stages with big artists like Djantrix, Insane Creatures, Stereoxide, Makida, Atmos, Zyce, Phaxe, Ticon, Gaudium, Logic Bomb, Mechanical Species, Spirituz etc. Her favorite genres to play are Hi-Tech, Darkpsy & sometimes slower psy. She loves powerful & beautiful music that include hard kicks/basslines with melodic, atmospheric and tribal tunes.

Surprise spontaneous Hi-Tech blast at the afterhours at the almighty holy Techno venue in town. Maybe the first time someone blasted Hi-Tech there? 🥳😇 I adapted a little and pitched it down to 165 Bpm (!) and skipped the darker/faster stuff, or else I might have been banned for life 🤣It was epic for sure, thanks Michael Alvander & co! 🙏 Haha great idea from my danish favorites LabRat / Patrick & Amanda ❤
