Feministcafé Ronja will be curating a feminist, collaborative showcase in the spring! Click on the link or scan the QR code to read more about the project's vision, who's organizing it, and how you can join! Auditions will be in early December. 🫶

🌈Call for auditions🌈

Feministcafé Ronja will be curating a feminist, collaborative showcase in the coming spring, centered around the theme of ancestry and yearning. In this, we are looking to platform artists and community members not typically given the space to be heard. This will be an intentionally relationship-focused and collaborative process to which we invite you who resonates with the message.

BIG thanks to everyone who tuned in last week! x

It was a fantastic evening of listening to your words and music. We are so happy and grateful for this space and everyone who continues to enrich Poesindia by listening, sharing and simply being part of this.

Stay tuned for the future, we have many amazing things cooking up for you. The next Poesindia will happen soon! ;)

In the meantime, enjoy a picture of last week's Poesindia beauty and maybe you can laugh about our confusion, excitement and nervousness - we certainly try to most of the time.

Again happy Monday to everyone!

We hope you are excited for our online Poesindia on Wednesday? 'Cause we certainly are! We will share the Zoom link + password shortly before the start of the event, so keep your eyes peeled. Also always good to be on time. We promise it won't be the usual long waiting and stuffing your belly with Irem's food. 😉

In the meantime, we're having a new poem for you! This one is by Luke Anderson who has put together some words regarding our strange current times. The picture you're seeing is from "going on nighttime walks down Myrtle Beach in South Carolina over our spring break to avoid the crowds and keep from being the people helping spread the pandemic as much as we could," as he said.

Enjoy reading and stay safe. x

Thank you everyone who came to Poesindia on Monday!

You are truly making this event special and wonderful. Here’s a little video to show how beautiful – and crowded! – it was. In case someone who hasn’t had the chance to swing by so far wants to get an idea of how Poesindia usually unfolds. This is, however, by no means an actual representation of the magic that happens (and sorry for everyone that we didn’t get on camera – next time!).

Hope you enjoy it, keep sending us your poems and see you in February!
