Insparken 2023 evaluation forms. All of these forms will be kept anonymous, the Insparken as a whole, Captains and Fadders form is collected by your Generals and the General form is collected by the unions Insparken responsible. :)

On today's agenda: FULSITTNING!

The sittning starts 18:00. Bring your ID, ticket and wear your wristband. The sittning is just for those who purchased a ticket.

The after party starts 22:00. Bring your ID and wear your wristband. Everyone are welcome, subject to availability.

The theme for the night is CIRCUS and it's up to you to interpret that how you want! No ovve.

- Etage opens at:
22:30 (for sittnings guests)
23:00 for all with insparken bands
23:30 the general public

IF YOU HAVE SOLD OR BOUGHT A FIN-/FULSITTNING TICKET FROM SOMEONE ELSE, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US:

To combat ticket fraud and copying, we have a guest list with the names of the people who bought the tickets from us. If you have privately sold or bought a ticket from someone else, we must get this information. We will only let in the people with their names on the guest list, THIS APPLIES EVENTHO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL TICKET; therefore, we must get all information about the ticket's change in ownership. Here is what to do:

- The person with their name on the ticket must contact us with a confirmation that they sold or gave away the ownership. You must include the original owner's name (the name you gave us for the ticket) and the new owner's ticket.

- The person with the new ownership of the ticket needs to contact us with their name and the original ticket owner's name.

Contact us through mail: [email protected]

Again, We must reiterate that more than a physical ticket is needed to be let in; the person's name must be on the guest list. This is not optimal

Hej allihopa, goda nyheter! Vi kommer öppna upp för ovveförsäljning imorgon på puben kl 10-15

Alla overaller har äntligen kommit vilket betyder att det nu finns ovvar även i gult och blått! (i alla storlekar) men vi kommer även ha t-shirts i de andra färgerna (dock bara i begränsade storlekar).

Kom förbi så hjälper vi er! Ha det fint!

Hi everyone, we have some good news! We will open up another ovvesale at the pub tomorrow between 10-15.

All deliveries have arrived which means that we now have overalls in the colours yellow and blue as well! (all sizes) but we will also be selling t-shirts in the other colours (limited sizes)

Finsittning info:

Here is more information for those of you who bought a ticket for the finsittning.

A mail with a Google Forms link was sent to all who bought a ticket. The form lets you request who you will be seated with. Due to allergies and food preferences, it would be impossible to have free seating. Check your spam, as our emails tend to end up there. More information is found in the mail or on the form.

Note that as some people bought tickets for their friends and only put their own email as contact information for all tickets purchased, some of you will not get the mail; in this case, get the form link either by getting the link forwarded from the one who bought the ticket, or contacting us via mail or your captain.

- When?
Wednesday 6th of September. We will open the doors at 17:15, with admission until dinner being 18:00-22:00.

- Where?
Rådhuset

- Dress code?
Finsittning, or suited sittning, means dressed fancy. No ovve.

- After?
Everyone's invited to Etage for an after-party (even those without tickets to the sitting). Bring your ID and wear your bracelet. More info will come.

BBQ INFORMATION:

Today (Sunday) after the captains-day event there will be a joint barbecue.

Where: Ribban, Ribbersborgs hundrastplats

When: 19:00 - (depending on when people leave or when it gets to dark outside)

What to bring: Bring your own food and refreshments. While Insparken will provide a few grills, some lighter fluid and coal. To guarantee that you can get your food cooked bring your own supplies. We also recommend that you bring something to sit on (blanket or chairs) and some warm clothing (obviously while keeping your team shirts and overalls).

Have been kind enough to provide hotdogs, buns and commodities left over from the Jubilee

FINSITTNING TICKET INFO

When?
Wednesday 30th of August. 12:00-15:30

Where?
The student pub

Price?
300 SEK
Payment by card or swish only.

Bring your ID! 18+

You can buy up to 2 additional tickets for friends. In that case they need to send a picture of their ID to you as well as a selfie where they show their Insparken bracelet.

Please note that the tickets tend to go pretty quickly, be early to ensure you get a ticket. We have 300 tickets total and divided them equally between the teams.

The queue for the Fulsittning will be the same as for Finsittning. This way you can get tickets to both, if you want.
