Kungsträdgården is not only the most picturesque spot in Stockholm these days, it is also a busiest one. It was pretty challenging to take some pictures there with so many people around (swipe to see) but I think we managed pretty well!

After lunch which I talked about yesterday, chickens went for a walk into nearby forest. Finally! The ceremony could start! Both the guests and the freshly married couple enjoyed it fully despite cold weather and celebrated it in the end with a lot of happiness and rice in the air!

What is your favourite walk in Stockholm? I like most Monteliusvägen. It starts in the very city centre, nearby Slussen and passes wonderful viewpoints. No surprise that many of my customers want to go there for couple photoshoot. This picture was made in Ivar Los park on the way.

Thanks to Naomi and Jon I witnessed the most beautiful moment of all weddings I have photographed so far. After I thought we are done with couple photoshoot at Skinnarviskberget I was asked if I could take a few more pictures while Naomi and Jon read vows to each other. Of course I did. It was so wonderful! Reading promises to each other during sunset with such a beautiful view was the most romantic thing I have seen. Thank you for this moment!

One of my most favourite locations for Stockholm wedding photography is definitely mountain Skinnarviksberget. There is simply the best view over the whole city and couple pictures from there are amazing. We had a cosy couple photo session there with Jon and Naomi after a ceremony at Stockholm City Hall.

Before I start sharing pictures from last year's wedding I photographed I have also a happy personal news. I got engaged myself. My girlfriend (now already fiancée) said yes to my proposal last autumn in Norway under the beautiful mountain Segla (in Norwegian to sail - now we will sail together through the life). It was such a magical morning. I will never forget this day!

It has been loooong time since I posted on my wedding profile. Last year was very busy for me. I worked on multiple projects and couldn't find time to share here 😥 but so many cool things happened! One of the most exciting thing was that I published a book about the highest peaks of every European country. It sounds like not a related topic to weddings but you can't imagine how amazing spots I found for elopements. Would you like to have wonderful wedding pictures from the mountains? Let me know! Léto 2020 se s námi rozloučilo sice trochu deštivou, ale zato nádherně připravenou svatbou mé kamarádky Ivanky a jejího manžele Honzy. Lepší místo pro obřad si vybrat nemohli. Veselka se konala na farmě nedaleko Prahy, což nám navíc dalo příležitost pořídit svatební fotky v nedalekých právě sklizených polích. Svatby v přírodě jsou prostě nejkrásnější. Díky za mocnou svatbu Ivanko a Honzo!

Poslední letošní svatbě v Česku počasí moc nepřálo, což se ale na náladě ženicha, nevěsty ani svatebčanů neprojevilo. Posuďte podle fotek sami. Navzdory dešti rozhodl Šima s Magdou, že obřad bude uspořádán venku a za toto rozhodnutí jsem moc rád. Svatby za lehkého deště jsou nádherné. Po obřadu jsme zvládli i focení na mokrých golfových kurtech. Díky moc Šimo a Magdo za krásnou svatbu, akci na kterou budeme dlouho vzpomínat 😉

The last summer wedding wasn’t lucky when it comes to weather but the bride and groom decided that the ceremony will take place outside despite a light rain. That was a great decision. Rainy weddings are simply beautiful. Take a look at the pictures.

Despite many cancelled weddings in Sweden in 2020 due to the corona pandemic I am glad that some couples still decided to make their wedding day come true.

I am very happy I could join my friends Steffen and Jessica's wedding as the photographer. Even though Jessica's family couldn't join personally because of travel restrictions they could still attend the wedding via Zoom. So cool that there are such technologies nowadays.

After the beautiful ceremony at Åkeshofs slott we did a super nice couple photoshoot in the nearby park. Thanks for a great day and I wish you all the best for the upcoming years :)

When friends are getting married in the mountains it's sure it will be an awesome wedding. The ceremony took place on a beautiful meadow with excellent view over Czech mountains and the couple photoshoot during sunset on a nearby peak was unforgettable.

Díky Tome a Peťo za krásnou svatbu. Moc jsem si ji užil. Svatby v horách jsou prostě nejlepší. A speciální dík patří ochutnávce drátěnky. Teď už můžu říct, že jsem ochutnal všechno :D

Svatby v mém rodném městě jsou vždycky speciální, zvlášť když se vdává dlouholetá kamarádka. Díky moc, že jsem měl tu čest zaznamenat Váš velký den Kačko a Franto. Byli jste nádherní, svatba úžasně zařízená a moc mě mrzelo, že jsem musel odjet už kolem půlnoci, abych nezmeškal ranní vlak. Určitě bych ještě zapařil a pochutnal si na té skvělé třešňovici ;) Hodně štěstí do Vaších dalších společných let ;)

Weddings in my hometown are always special, especially when a longtime friend is getting married. Thanks a lot for getting the honor to photograph your big day Kačka and Franta. You were wonderful, the wedding was wonderfully arranged and I was very sorry that I had to leave around midnight not to miss the morning train following day.
