Senses will go into overdrive on 30th of October when NTS resident GiGi FM and Fuse Brussels’ Altinbas .t grace the decks of MDLR as co-headliners, but we know you can handle it. And yes, it’s all happening on a weekday via a joint effort with Unmute .asia

GiGi made a name for herself back in South London’s scene in 2018, playing at multiple Make Me parties, Boiler Room events, and a heap of DIY venues across the capital. She also hosts a monthly show on NTS Radio, exploring “inter-dimensional techno and rhythm transmissions” from all over.

As for Altinbas, he’s a significant presence within the Belgian scene – holding a residency at Fuse, while concurrently acting as the club’s record label co-curator. With Fuse’s position as the country’s longest-running club dedicated to techno, there simply isn’t any room for doubt when it comes to Altinbas’ taste and curation.

Last month, the duo played a special b2b set during Fuse’s stage takeover at Stone Techno, weaving through different flavours and strains of high-tempo selections as dancers surrendered their minds for 3 hours of bliss and blitz. Beyond their escapades at festivals and the dancefloors of clubs around the world, they’re prolific producers too.

Can you remember the last time you went hard on a Wednesday? Let the 30th be your first, or the fifth time this year. Come and get lively with us, no one’s expecting you to be back in the office the next day. Thugshop residents J.Goh and Vaibs .sri go back to back before GiGi FM and Altinbas come on for their sets.

𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 – 𝐗𝐗𝐋 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭. 𝐀𝐍𝐗𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐀 + 𝐃𝐋𝐕

October sees a return of our XXL series after a month away. This time, we’ve got a double-whammy mega bill that’ll shake up our upsized floors – Italian-Albanian ANXHELA and Austria-born, Germany-based DLV

As producers, ANXHELA and DLV lay claim to a powerful catalogue, with tracks on Berlin label Voxnox, and Exhale, Misguided Label, and independent releases for the latter. They’ve also plied their trades all around Europe, playing clubs and festivals in Germany, France, and Spain, along with notable Boiler Rooms individually, Madrid for ANXHELA and Warsaw for DLV.

On the 25th of October they’ll be at MDLR as separate headliners for our first XXL double feature. We’re gonna be engulfed in a hectic flurry while witnessing warm bodies in sync and a whole lotta faces in awe. Läbraatz opens the floor before the trouble commences. Our grey bunker awaits.

We Do IT 4 LOVE and Four Floors is about getting everyone all under one roof raving. With all the different genres, eras and crews it’s easy to 4GET that it’s really about the people.

From the early days of our crammed first studio until now, it feels like we’ve been hosting a perpetual house party.

Our love of dance music culture runs deep and so does our love of the Singapore scene, so it’s time to celebrate with Four Floors episode 4, coming to 4 Thugshop spaces: Eat Sum Thing, Higher Ground, Upstairs and Headquarters, with 4 crews and a few legends from 4pm to 4am.

As for the evolution of Four Floors, we commit to turning this into a quarterly event for the scene to meet, without having to mourn the loss of another important landmark. All profits go to Wild Pearl Radio, our love letter to you all.

After being introduced to electronic music back in the early 90's in Los Angeles, a teenage David Flores was hooked. He started DJing across Southern California on the DIY warehouses, desert, and rave circuit. His style then was as varied as the local scene - a myriad of sounds ranging from house to acid to techno to hardcore. After a few years solely DJing, he began releasing original music under the moniker Audio Injection, which landed on labels such as Monoid, Stimulus, 4 Track & LA label Droid Recordings. His association with Droid Behavior began in 2003 and continues today as resident at the infamous and internationally acclaimed Interface event series alongside Drumcell and Raiz.
