Flying down to MDLR straight from the glorious lands of kilts, Irn-Bru and footballing greatness is Scotland’s Franck .sco, via a joint effort with 4xF .sg

Wearing the hat of a DJ, producer and labelhead is no easy feat, but the Scottish act does it seamlessly. From smashing it at Boiler Room appearances and going ballistic at festivals like Glitch, to releasing tracks via Kobosil’s R-Label Group and his own in Carouse.

The walls of our grey bunker will be shaking and rattling from all of Franck’s energetic selections, as well from the supporting acts in Cosmo Carbon , Purelove and Vaibs .sri. See you back on our upsized floors on the 18th of January.

Coming through to MDLR via a collaboration with 4xF .sg on the 10th of January is Rotterdam’s very own, KETTING .live

The man’s signature live sound has travelled all around Europe, being blared out at clubs such as Geneva’s Zoo, Utrecht’s BASIS and Manchester’s Hidden amongst others. KETTING was also on the bill for VERKNIPT ArenA in 2024, the world’s biggest 360-degree party held in the iconic Johan Cruyff Arena.

Come the 10th, the upsized floors of MDLR will be his to command, alongside Läbraatz and TMDDJ on support. Our walls and floors will reverberate throughout but they’re more than ready to withhold all of the intensity. Question is, are you?

Yes, yes – we’ve waited quite awhile for this, someone whom we feel epitomises Thugshop through and through. He’ll kick off our XXL series in 2025 as powerfully as we ended it this year. Setting it all in motion come January is none other than the outstanding Ben Klock

From marathon shifts, a celebrated residency at Berghain, to having a hand in launching Ostgut Ton’s influential record label….Klock is also the first name that comes to many DJ’s mouths for who he is, the Berlin extraordinaire having played a big role in shaping what is now regarded as ‘Berlin Techno’.

He’s toured across the far corners of the world throughout his long and illustrious career – orchestrating dancefloors like London’s fabric and Ibiza’s DC-10 into big mania, on top of doing it together with some other killer names in Marcel Dettman and more. Festivals aren’t an exception either — whether it’s peaktime or closing Klock pulls out all the stops.

His revered approach towards selecting remains timeless as much as it is in constant evolution, and we’re stoked to take it all in on the 31st of January.

MDLR is Ben Klock’s only stop in South East Asia, which is a privilege in itself but also means that the next time he’s around is anyone’s guess. This is our (not so little) XXL gift to you for all your love and support for us thus far, thanks for seeing us through the year.

And so — this will be one for the books. Supporting him on the night will be our trusty residents TMDDJ and Vaibs .sri

Dress light, come in 5s (or by yourselves) – we’re gonna be in sync once the music fills our grey bunker.

The final XXL series of 2024 is upon us, and we’re carrying the double mischief fun on. On the 13th of December, REBEKAH and Samantha Togni .togni are co-headliners at MDLR.

The pair have individually left their mark at major Berlin institutions, throwing down heart-racing selections at Berlin’s Berghain, Tresor and KitKatClub, while also touring across Europe and the States.

When it comes to producing, REBEKAH has released records on the likes of Rave Alert, Elements and Soma. Samantha Togni on the other hand possesses releases on Rant & Rave, Lobster Theremin and her very own imprint in Boudica.

On their own, they’ve commanded dancefloors into euphoric hysteria. Billed together, the energy intensifies twofold. Readying the floor on the night is Joshua Dillon

We’re celebrating two years of Unmute .asia on the 23rd of November with Moving Pressure’s founder, Rene Wise

The versatile Portugal-based act wears the hat of a DJ, producer and label head – going on to perform at iconic venues such as Berghain and fabric, on top of earning a residency for the Dutch party series Eerste Communie. Rene Wise’s tracks have landed on the likes of Mote Evolver, SK_eleven and his very own Moving Pressure.

This may be his first-ever gig on our shores, but Rene Wise comes with bags of experience. Get your stretches in before rocking up to MDLR, tight grooves and pummeling rhythms will be prevalent. Midnight Shift’s Haan and Thugshop resident Vaibs .sri are on support duties.

The party starts on YouTube at 4pm with Super Enjoy’s Bongomann & Dexter C**t Live Streaming for 2 hours from the balcony at Tuff Club.

The physical party starts at Higher Ground at 6pm with a 6 hours Fomo Homo takeover courtesy of Sam Nai, ESTR & Clammr.

At 10:30pm the 5210 crew open Upstairs, with Loyboy, Poh, Dangdude b2b Kevin Sy & Vix taking us through until 3am.

As the clock strikes midnight Sivilian Affairs will slide the door open at HQ, as Chris_Wild Pearl, Sivanesh, Norman C & Loopinmotion blur techno, tribal & minimal until 4am.

Senses will go into overdrive on 30th of October when NTS resident GiGi FM and Fuse Brussels’ Altinbas .t grace the decks of MDLR as co-headliners, but we know you can handle it. And yes, it’s all happening on a weekday via a joint effort with Unmute .asia

GiGi made a name for herself back in South London’s scene in 2018, playing at multiple Make Me parties, Boiler Room events, and a heap of DIY venues across the capital. She also hosts a monthly show on NTS Radio, exploring “inter-dimensional techno and rhythm transmissions” from all over.

As for Altinbas, he’s a significant presence within the Belgian scene – holding a residency at Fuse, while concurrently acting as the club’s record label co-curator. With Fuse’s position as the country’s longest-running club dedicated to techno, there simply isn’t any room for doubt when it comes to Altinbas’ taste and curation.

Last month, the duo played a special b2b set during Fuse’s stage takeover at Stone Techno, weaving through different flavours and strains of high-tempo selections as dancers surrendered their minds for 3 hours of bliss and blitz. Beyond their escapades at festivals and the dancefloors of clubs around the world, they’re prolific producers too.

Can you remember the last time you went hard on a Wednesday? Let the 30th be your first, or the fifth time this year. Come and get lively with us, no one’s expecting you to be back in the office the next day. Thugshop residents J.Goh and Vaibs .sri go back to back before GiGi FM and Altinbas come on for their sets.

October sees a return of our XXL series after a month away. This time, we’ve got a double-whammy mega bill that’ll shake up our upsized floors – Italian-Albanian ANXHELA and Austria-born, Germany-based DLV

As producers, ANXHELA and DLV lay claim to a powerful catalogue, with tracks on Berlin label Voxnox, and Exhale, Misguided Label, and independent releases for the latter. They’ve also plied their trades all around Europe, playing clubs and festivals in Germany, France, and Spain, along with notable Boiler Rooms individually, Madrid for ANXHELA and Warsaw for DLV.

On the 25th of October they’ll be at MDLR as separate headliners for our first XXL double feature. We’re gonna be engulfed in a hectic flurry while witnessing warm bodies in sync and a whole lotta faces in awe. Läbraatz opens the floor before the trouble commences. Our grey bunker awaits.
