Happy New Year Everyone! Finally I have time to write here! We had a great end to 2024 (I thk it’s a bit late now to write on that 🫢).
Spellbound lst event for 2025 and we were off to an amazing experience. Sometimes I really don’t know how clients find us as we don’t advertise or do much of social media but they do.
We couldn’t ask for more for this 50th celebration with amazing drones (500 of these little warriors who withstood those scary winds) show, fireworks, surprise and partying . All done via 1.5 mths prep only (why do we always get such a tight timeline for amazing events?). We could do it because I have in my team the most amazing Zhing and Isabelle. My rocks-feisty and cool as cucumber. Zhing was my OG and fights for Spellbound more than me honestly. She drives me to want to be better so that I can somehow make her proud of me. Isabelle calms me down and taught me just because I don’t see doesn’t mean it’s not done. Nur, Ereen and Cindy (photo shy) assist us in so many ways that it would harder without them and Jeff is calm and heh we need your muscles!
Thank you team. I can’t do it without you and I m grateful.
To an amazing 2025 and I look forward to creating awe immersive experiences for everyone.

22 years journey. 2 years ago I didn’t want to give up because I wanted to reach that 20 year mark… 2 years after that I wanted to retire and do my baking . In fact I shared to my friends that I was retiring (some couldn’t believe it because I had been saying for the past 10 years and something always happens and it continues). Then a call from a friend hey someone needs a planner can you do it? Another call-from an ex client hey help my friend -leh…. Okay okay..:. Yet another one from a friend/ hey can you call this person? No need discount@yah. I always feel very blessed. I had not wanted to be a planner -but my ex boss Jacquie Tan said I should. She always sees something in me that I didn’t. My forever mentor. Spellbound started out as a florist then for some reason I get asked to plan the couples wedding and it evolved to today where we plan as much as we design. Sometimes people are confused what we do. We plan, we design and we built. We also do non weddings such as birthdays, corporate design and so forth. We just don’t post as much because…in all@honesty I m not a very good business person. I wish I have a business partner who share the same ethos as me.
My life partner Wolf would say this to me : get to the point!

Good Monday everyone! The view from us planners’ perspective for lst march in! We are excited to await the official photographer and videographer’s photos but meanwhile here is photos from our camera! It never fails to touch our heart when we see them finally walking down the aisle…we feel like proud Fairy Godmother!!

Good weekend everyone! We think perhaps this is the lst ever illuminated menu card for a wedding! J&P are such wonderful couple that allowed us to come up with unique ideals. After 20 years we realised that the best weddings are where couple truly believe in you and let you have free reign over the artistic concepts. Thank you J&P 💝

At Spellbound we tend to do it original and for our guests to enjoy the concept when they enter the ballroom. JW has very narrow aisle and we had to figure how to make the entrance grand but minimise base space so we did it high!

Good morning everyone! Facebook reminded me of this taken 12 years ago. This really capture the moment perfectly what a dedicated planner is-the stress of making sure everything is perfect. Most of you would know I m as cool as a cucumber but at this very precise moment I think I was like why is it not started yet? Bride and father is waiting!

2022: I m grateful for what Covid did to Spellbound. What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger. It gave us the time to reflect on our 20th year -the journey that we had made, our couples, our team-past, present and future. Anna is eternally grateful to all of them and the partners that supported her and Spellbound through the journey. We have always been low key and we will continue to do so. One thing became very clear during our tough time, every thing that we do from now on must be something that is spellbound , marvellous and truly remarkable. Onwards to 2023!

Hi everyone! So we end the year with the wedding of WS and J! What an amazing couple. We have never met them in person or in zoom BUT they totally trusted us to work our magic wand. At Spellbound we always feel that we attract couples and clients that believe totally in our art direction, our styling and design. We cannot be more grateful. Thank you WS and J for giving us a best closing to 2022. 💕

As we are approaching the end of the year, there is so much to reflect and be grateful. 2022 has been a great year for us and our friends in the wedding industry that were battered during the 2 years of lockdown. 2022 is the year when the revival started. At Spellbound, we are truly humbled and grateful to all the support and love given. This fountain of ours sitting inside the VIP table represents a harmony of calm and beauty. We can’t wait for Dec ❤️.

Happy Monday everyone! Been a longggg time since we posted! M wanted to do a small birthday reception for his wife S, and we did a long table with slim candles and hung bubbles on their existing lights, backdrop and helium balloons. Adding on to our favourite hydrangeas are another fav-parrot tulips. It’s really special when M said it’s so pretty (coming from a man who was wondering why it costs that much). Thank you M!
