MOMOK DRIVE-THRU & RIDE-THRU RULES & REGULATIONS.
β’ You will see large yellow signs numbered 1-5 throughout your journey. Tuned to the radio station 66.6 when u have arrived at the starting point for the best experience.
β’ This is a slow-moving experience. You are directed to travel at speeds under 5 KMPH (CARS) 10 KMPH (BIKES) and hover your foot over the brake. You will need to use the gas pedal or throttle. There are no hills or fast parts. Never travel faster than 5/10 Kmph.
β’ You must always stay in/on your vehicle This immersive theatrical experience uses live performers, lighting, scenery, audio, and effects that are all happening alongside the road, viewed from within your vehicle.
β’ Performers will be in the roadway. They will be in contact with your vehicle.
β’ This is a Drive/Ride Walk Through Haunt. Someone will be "in your face". Unwind your windows Unlock your doors if you dare. Our Momoks cannot touch you and you can never touch our Momoks Unlesss you want the real one to follow you home.
β’ Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and valid insurance
β’ Every passenger must have and wear their own seat belt. Seat belts can only be removed after each stop.
β’ In case of an emergency, pull to the side of the road and put on your flashing hazard lights. One of our staff will come to assist you.
β’ Keep your headlights on β low beam or daylight driving mode.
β’ Since this is also a walk thru haunt, please do not overtake other vehicles and always stay in the Car lane at all times.
β’ Vehicles with non-functioning headlights or non-functioning brake lights will not be admitted.
β’ No honking or engine "revving".
β’ Follow all directional arrows and stay on the marked path.
β’ NO SMOKING. Never throw a lit cigarette out of your vehicle. A team member will be dispatched and will es**rt you out of the Drive-Thru if caught flaunting this rule.
β’ We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle because of your driving, interaction with another driver, or interaction with our Momoks.
β’ Drivers and their vehicles will be recorded on camera throughout the experience.
β’ Drivers must follow all posted signs and instructions from attendants.
β’ Our performers will have the ability to communicate with our operations staff and pause the event at any time if they observe a safety concern.
β’ Drivers who are behaving erratically, failing to follow posted guidelines and limits, or appear to be under the influence will not be permitted into the attraction and a refund will not be provided.
β’ We are not responsible for any health-related issues before, during, and after the event, Ambulance will be on standby throughout the event but if conveying to Hospital is needed. Customers will have to bear all costs of Hospital Conversion and Emergency services.
β’ Drive-in Customers who are behaving erratically, failing to follow posted guidelines and limits, or appear to be under the influence will not be permitted into the attraction and a refund will not be provided. For any issues we can't handle, Police will be called in for assistance.
MOMOK WALK-THRU RULES & REGULATIONS.
β’ You will have to put on the lightstick bracelet at all times during the walk thru so that other vehicles can see your presence.
β’ You will have to travel in groups of 5.

β’ Every person has to stop at each checkpoint.
β’ In case of an emergency, Call upon one of our staff stationed at each checkpoint. One of our staff will come to assist you.
β’ You may bring a torch or flashlight, But avoid pointing at our Momoks and Staffs eyes Please.

PURCHASING TICKETS MEANS YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL THE RULES & REGULATIONS STATED ABOVE.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS BUT TICKETS ARE TRANSFERABLE.
RULES & REGULATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
DUE TO SAFETY MEASURES, WE ARE STAGGERING THE TIME SLOTS FOR DRIVE-IN AND WALK-IN GUESTS. WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR YOUR ALLOCATED TIME SLOTS A DAY BEFORE THE EVENT OF YOUR CHOSEN DATES.

Venue & Event Name Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the location of the Event and the name of the Event at any time.
Security & Insurance
(a) The Client must maintain at their own expense public liability insurance covering legal liability in respect of:
(i) Damage to any real or personal property, including any damage to the Venue or to any fitting, equipment, or other property in the Venue;
(ii) injury to, or death of, any person arising out of or in connection with the Clientβs participation in or attendance at the Event; and
(iii) their employees, agents, and contractors.
(b) The period of insurance shall be from the time the Client first enters the Venue until all their exhibits have been properly removed to the satisfaction of the Organiser.
(c) The Client will indemnify and hold the Organiser and its representatives harmless in respect of all costs, claims, liabilities, losses, demands, proceedings, and expenses to which the Organiser and its representatives may in any way be subject as a result of the Clientβs participation in the Event.
(d) If the Organiser so demands the Client must provide proof to the Organiser that the Client has adequate insurance coverage.
(e) The Organiser will not, in any event, be held responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever (including loss of profits suffered by the Client) as a result of any restrictions or conditions which prevent the construction, er****on, completion, alteration or dismantling of the Clientβs stand or for the failure of any service normally provided at the listed Venue, for the cancellation or part-time opening of the Event either as a whole or in part, or for amendments or alterations to all or any of the βTerms & Conditions caused by any circumstance, not within the Organiser's control.
Damage to the Venue
The Client must take care of and must not cause any damage or permit or suffer any damage to be done to the Venue or to any part or parts thereof or to any fittings, equipment, or other property therein, and shall make good and pay for damages thereto (including accident damage and damage by fire) caused by act or omission of the Client, or any of their employee's agents, representatives, contractors or persons by reason of the use of the Venue by the Client.
Force Majeure
Any delay or failure by either party to perform its obligations will be excused if caused by an extraordinary event or occurrence beyond the control of the nonperforming party and without the nonperforming party's fault or negligence, such as acts of God, fires, floods, pandemic, epidemic, windstorms, explosions, riots, natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, sabotage, strikes, shortages of labor or material, vendor failures, transportation embargoes or acts of any governmental or governmental agency. In the event of such an event, the Organiser may at its discretion postpone or delay the event and no compensation or refund will be given to the Client.
Indemnity of the Organiser
(a) Under no circumstances will the Organiser be obliged to make good or accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever arising in respect of damage to or theft or loss of any property, goods, articles, or things however placed, deposited, brought into or left at the Venue either by the Client for their use or purpose or by any other person, and the Client must indemnify the Organiser and its representatives.
(b) Under no circumstances will the Organiser be responsible for the reduction in attendee/delegate numbers at any Event due to reasons that are beyond the control of the Organiser. The Client must indemnify the Organiser and its representatives.
(c) Under no circumstances will the Organiser be responsible for any financial losses incurred by the Client due to their participation or non-participation at the Event. The Client must indemnify the Organiser and its representatives.
(d) The Organiser is not accountable for any refusal of visas. No refunds will be provided on the basis of visa refusals
Data Usage Policy
The Client agrees to our Privacy Policy. At any time the Client may opt-out of receiving any communications from us (other than as required for the operation of our business, eg regarding payment of your account). Unless the Client has indicated otherwise, Expotrade provides information about you to third parties for their promotional purposes.
Infringement of 'Terms & Conditions for Participation
Any breach of these βTerms & Conditions for Participationβ and any other further rules and regulations determined by the Organiser may, at the Organiserβs absolute discretion, result in the exclusion of the Client from the Event, and the Client has no right to claim compensation or demand refund of any payments already made, or any loss or expenses, nor shall the Client be released from their contractual obligation to pay.
