ARTCADE Round Three: End

It’s a wrap! We’re done with our first event of the year, and our third Artcade event! Once again, we are floored by your enthusiastic support and we thank you all so much for joining us this weekend.
Your support made the occasion truly special and we are extremely grateful for it. We would like to thank our amazing Creators for trusting us and giving us a chance to host you guys. Thank you to our freshies as well for joining us for your first ever booth experience (we hope we did not disappoint!). And lastly and most importantly, a huge thank you to the overwhelming crowd for being so understanding and patient with the long queue situation over the weekend.
Since our previous event, we have worked with the venue on planning the crowd management logistics and ensuring that the queue situation is controlled and organised. We’ve ramped up on our helpers and ushers on hand and have also implemented new ways to ensure minimal queue cutting. Our ushers and helpers on hand are also equipped with better knowledge to ensure a pleasant queueing experience. Unfortunately, due to the extremely overwhelming crowd and venue hall limitations, the queue time had to be lengthened compared to the previous event, and once again, we sincerely thank all our visitors for being so extremely understanding and cooperative about it.
We strive to make con-going an accessible, pleasant and fun experience and so we hope that despite the long queue, you were able to have an easy and comfortable time walking around the hall and visiting your favourite Creators’ booths without having to fork out any admission fees.
As always, we are extremely appreciative of the many kind messages, and because of your support, we are motivated to keep improving and doing better. After our 3rd ever event, we have once again learnt alot and we are excited to work on improving our flow for the next event.
