Next month I am going to Cambodia to donate funds to Shinta Mani Foundation which is supporting local youth and community, focusing on education, healthcare and wellbeing. 🙏

With your generosity, we raised a total of SGD1,730, donated through to the children and the families affected by the flash floods in the provinces of Pakistan. 🇵🇰

The funds we were able to donate will go to the food, safe drinking water, shelter, and hygiene and medical services of the families in need.

Let us hand in hand help the flood casualties in Pakistan as they seek refuge and fight for their survival while their homes are still submerged. 🥺

We will be creating white and green symbolic bouquets featuring Chinese Lilies and Eucalyptus, this time for our Pakistani brothers and sisters in need. 🇵🇰🤍💚

And once again, we are all able to share a total of 1,300SGD to Ukrainian families through organization!! Thank you, thank you for all the help in raising another batch of generous donations. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Our help goes to secure the warmth of 280 children through provisions of blankets or providing 15 victims of violence to access legal help and shelter or a month food supplies for 20 displaced families. Eitherway, we can make sure that our efforts truly go to a utilitarian cause. 💙💛❤️

While the need for help has not yet ended and is still on-going, we are back to making flower bouquets for the humanitarian action for Ukraine.

We are once again taking orders until Thursday, April 21st for Spring Bouquets of Hope supporting Ukrainian families in hunger and in pain. And like last time, 100% of sales will be given again for this cause.

To leave home is to break your heart as some say. And this is exactly what the people of Ukraine could be feeling right now. It's hard to imagine how on top of being anxious for their lives and survival, their hearts are all the more in pain for needing to leave the place they used to call home..only to go somewhere unknown and uncertain. 💔

And with all of your help, we were again able to send 1,100 SGD to some Ukrainians who could be feeling lost and in pain..to those who are forced to flee just to be able to live..to mothers who are scared for their children..to children who lost their parents. 😭

I couldn't thank you enough for your kind hearts! Mindblooming will try its best to create more opportunities to donate again soon. For now, all of your pledges went directly to UNICEF who is currently helping millions of children in Ukraine (help.unicef.org).

Two weeks ago, you and me were able to raise a total of 1400 SGD, donated to Siepomaga.pl for the Ukrainian refugees in Poland who were really lost and nowhere to go. 😔

Three days ago, upon watching the news about how Poland has started to accept refugees from Ukraine, I can't help but be emotional at the same time feel equally committed to do something..especially at this time when love is needed the most. 🦋🙏🏻 I feel like through coming together, we will be able to remember who we truly are and what really our purpose is here in this world..And that is to LOVE.

When together we can achieve so much more🙏
Thanks to your orders this weekend, I was able to donate SGD1400: equivalent of 4 (!) minimum monthly wages in Ukraine, going straight towards refugees fleeing to Poland...in need of shelter, food, basic supplies...cold, scared, hopeless people..🙏

I am super pumped seeing what we can achieve in such a short time and ready to create more flowers for a cause, should there be interest...just PM me...we will be collecting orders for the upcoming weeks..

While comfort food is said to either improve your mood or help you feel calmer, researchers believe that it alters the brain's response to sadness. With this, it might only help you for the moment and not really for long term. You might then want to make it a habit to eat food that build up the brain's good chemical a.k.a. "super foods" such as wild salmons, berries, whole grains, veggies, avocados, and nuts. These are just as yummy 🤤 (and healthier), aren't they? 👌🏻
